PI's get nervous and scared with unclear information and timelines, they want gains NOW.

The current SP and market cap bear no resemblance to what it will be once the test is known, TT complete, purchase orders start flowing, and margins are divulged.

Couldn't be much safer at these prices, we know they will sell all they can make and the resultant EBITDA will be more than current market cap. even on a modest 2.5 multiple it is a few bags from here.

Personally, I am expecting II buy in anytime starting from now till around first P.O.

The big unknown really is if there will be a buyout (which could be a reason for keeping a lid on the SP)

Safe as houses IMO, just needs a little patience.

I do wonder if COIDIC have any connection with Jong-Ji, if so it would be a major development.

I could see COIDIC using a smaller scale project to 'recce' the larger Zanaga project. Build the relationships, 'grease the wheels' etc.

Find that link and it is all systems go I reckon.

It may well all be in hand.

Ramping or deramping posts from anyone aside (and my position is pretty clear as per my earlier post) I don't see why you would not want to have a stake in ZIOC, no point selling the farm to invest, but the potential returns are such that even having a few k in here could buy a house on a deal landing.

Bit of a no brainer for me, as at the moment it is probably THE best environment for Zanaga to come to fruition,
Geopolical (China-Oz relations),
Demand - post covid infrastructure spending
Ore price - despite a knock last week they make Zanaga highly profitable
Environment - Zanaga's high grade ore reduces admissions
Glencore - Change of guard coming

If I was sat on the sidelines, I would invest.

The $B question is WHEN a deal will land, as per my earlier post, it could be days, weeks, months or years.

I personally would not advise anyone to invest now, without doing their research.

No real indication anything is definitely afoot.

Buy all means buy, but realise it is, as I said earlier, binary, you could be days, weeks, months or years waiting.

But when it does happen the returns will be spectacular.

I am happy to wait, but no point being caught out on ramping by those just here for a quick in out.

And ZZIOC, even with their share is easily a $B company with a deal.

That is why the LTH's are here, massive upside, but binary.

I disagree Extrader, there are a lot of very large Sovereign wealth funds and VERY large family offices down there, especially Dubai, Chinese may well be partnering with capital providers, and Arabs are looking to diversify out of oil. Zanaga fits the bill massively in terms of scale and longevity.

This is not a normal contract, it is about capacity building as well, that is why the Gov't know exactly how many jobs will be created.

Margins will intentionally be allowed to be higher than would normally be the case.

So it is official, 200m tests between two companies, which ties in with the 2m per week production for ODX.

How much will they make?, got to be somewhere between 200m-600m per annum, margin on that??

I said this morning, the RNS was likely to keep the price back before better news, big big buy goes through today, and low and behold they have 100m LFD's to produce later in the day!

NOMAD/advisors can insist they put out communications such as this mornings, city boys all of them, strange how it played out??? really!

My reading is that they do not want the price to rise too much just now.

I don't know the reason, there could be many, II buying in negotiations ongoing, but needs to be in a range, options to be granted, mates let in, whatever, but they are trying to keep the price at a moderate level.

Before it really rises.

Also they are likely trying to save some PI's from themselves, which is never a bad thing.

Far better honest communications, than unrealistic, or even lies, which does happen on AIM.

All good IMO, just need more patience than God.

Should not be too long now. Regulatory authorities can take forever....

The investor paying over 100k knows it is coming good, he/she will make their money from the difference from 0.6p to the listing price on admission, from my reading we are going for 2p upwards.

That means an easy bag just on the listing, and considering the potential size of the deal I would expect some decent buy in perhaps pushing that price up to 4p.

I agree it is very frustrating.

Not sure what anyone else has invested, but I have a very high 5 figure sum in here.

Will it work out?? If it does my five figures will be transformed well into 7 figures, and happy days.

If not, well it was my choice. The risk/reward is still extremely compelling IMO.

Given massive news is due any time, it is both exciting and frustrating, but I certainly would not want to be sitting on the fence when she blows.

Have to factor in a lot of costs though, airfreight, venues for testing, staff to administer tests, NHS costls.

Then like John says there are the consultants, £6000 per day each, and no doubt a non exec board job for a few tories in due course, paying a few 100k a year for nothing.

Then there are payments to crony firms, think Serco and capita etc.

Gravy train does not even come close.

Well, not what I had expected.

The Allenby report, they are paid, but it shows Anne is much more professional in her approach, but also shows we wasted years.

Not rushing into a sell decision, and likely not much point.

If Anne does not do an interview to explain, then she is in the bin as well as far as I am concerned.
