We could not have expected any more or better at the moment.

Other deals on other molecules will follow.

This is the deal that changes NFX, and proves the concept, it is much bigger news than just a 2m a year deal.

The other molecules can be worth many multiples of this deal.

£2m a year pays for all costs, and will no doubt accelerate new cocrystal patents, thereby building a bigger stream of royalties.

This was the 'little guy' in their stable, NFX has so much more, just needed someone commercial who could do deals!

We have languished for years waiting for a deal, Anne is not long in the job and has transformed the company already, this bodes extremely well for the future.

Because they are taking the option at such an early stage, therefore funding the costs of getting it to market.

If NFX had took it further down the road to commercialisation it would have commanded higer royalties. Details are in the broker report.

With a good deals in place, NFX has the possibility of reaching xxxp (in time) so getting in now is a multi multi bagger.

Now we know why Friday had a 40% rise, and the good thing is, is was not a buy on rumour!!

NFX has been languishing for lack of any commercial news.

Rightfully on this news it should get to 4-6p IMO.

"Oxilio only started an open fundraise at the end of Feb / beginning of March, so they need to be in a place to be confident of their resources prior to negotiations commencing, understandably they will take that to a late point, which may have been a closing of the funding on Friday just gone.

It had occurred to me that perhaps the timing of the NFX fundraise, and the manner in which it has been done, may, in part, be to strengthen Anne's hand in negotiations.

Since they left, they will have no inside information, hence being able to sell.

And given the almost complete change of the team, unlikely they will have even 'informal' access to information.

DG is another matter, he has known Joanne for many years so likely still in touch, he is not selling.

Note, I am not suggesting that DG has information, nor that Joanne is supplying anyone outside the company with information.

But you will know what I mean.

If it is a PnD then they definitely expect it to go up more, as the buying has not stopped.

Cannot say a leak or otherwise at present, but good to see some positive movement.

Buys of around 250,000 and up being going on all day, someone is stocking up, and given we came off the day high and they are not dumping, indeed still buying, it looks like they have another reason than short term trading.

NFX is not really a pump and dump stock like you see elsewhere, with a quick twitter pump then a drop as they take their profits.

Consistent large buys this morning.

£1152 Million, and looks like ODX are manufacturing as mentioned in the award.

Only a matter of time tioll all clear.

ODX will sell all they can make, simple as that.
