I will just add, I think the whole approval process has been compromised as well, conspiracy theory maybe, but certain companies seem to sail through whilst others are held back.

Easy for the decision-makers to hand out huge contracts whilst saying there is no 'approved' alternative, but if the approval system is implicated/gamed as well, then it makes it all the easier for them to justify the huge contracts for dodgy tests. Corruption throughout, and all it takes is backroom conversations, and 'altered priorities'.

No matter what Innova test the FDA are banning, the fact remains that the FDA are alleging dishonesty on the part of Innova "cut and pasted results from another supplier"

That means everything Innova does, and produces, is now suspect, unreliable and cannot be trusted, we could have had a batch submitted for testing that was different to production for instance.

The press needs to pick up on this, but I realise they have to do their due diligence, hence I think it will be the weekend papers.

End result is the same, there can be no confidence in Innova LFT's and, as we have known here for a long time, why Innova got the huge orders is very suspect, especially when there are much better domestic tests.

Let's hope the press actually earn their money and do some investigation, for a change.

Looks like a fairly biaised investigation, as no mention on why the UK diagnostic/testing industry had its authorisation held back/slowed down in favour of Innova.

Yeah if you are in control of allowing authorisations, it is easy to make sure the capacity is not there.

Would be better if the tory MP's were asking why we spent £xxB on inferior Chinese tests when we have domestic capacity, and why these Chinese tests got approved and it has taken forever for domestic tests to get approvals.

But likely no brown envelopes being passed around for Omega contracts, but there will have been for the Chinese tests. Someone, perhaps the questioner himself, has been benefitting

Prof John Bells comments certainly make the case that an ODX investment could be a spectacular long term play.

Look at any other industry where the main players were tiny companies at the start, and how much they have grown over a longer time frame.

Apple, Microsoft etc, were tiny companies at the start, Pharma companies all started small etc. etc. etc.

What they all have in common is twofold, universal need (tick box for ODX) and they had mindless trolls trying to say they were useless/would never come good/need to give news every day when they were small companies (tick box for ODX)

Could be a life-changing investment over the short, meduim AND LONG TERM.

It may or may not happen, but I would not be surprised to see some director buys in the near term.

I don't approve of directors fleecing PI's, and was critical of the director sells, I believe they knew there was a risk of the Gov't reneging, which I think is no longer the case.

Like herd immunity, I think the Gov't had an ill-founded hope that vaccinations would solve the problem, but that is obviously not the case and testing will be required for the foreseeable future, and testing capacity will be required indefinitely.

So, if we do get director buys, this will send the SP up significantly, the time window for them to do so will be short, and on a Director Buy RNS, will catch most out, especially the shorters.

All IMO.

Sorry to deflate your hopes, but revenue is very different from earnings used for valuation purposes.

Still holding here as confident they will get the orders, not a lot to be said for their shareholder comms though, typical AIM, but they could do an awful lot better.

Colin should be back on the circuit doing a couple of interviews to bolster sentiment (a well prepared, coached Colin that is!)
