Another sparkling set of results from Iomart. Growth story is intact and hopefully the recent share price weakness will be reversed. Only disappointment is the dividend - up 25% but still only 1.75p, a yield of well under 1% at current share price.

You may be right on both counts. I had thought that when the sale of Ignis goes ahead gearing would be down to a manageable level bearing in mind how cash-generative the remaining business is but insurance company accounts are pretty difficult to understand! And the FCA review will hang around for a while although Phoenix seem confident that they'll get a clean bill of health at the end of the day. I'm hanging on for the time being anyway.

Interesting how well the share price has held up after a pretty poor RNS this morning.

I keep going over the numbers and keep coming to the same conclusion - these shares are cheap, very cheap. The market clearly doesn't agree so what am I missing?

I can't see Pfizer walking away from this. I'm sure they don't want to go hostile but they will IMO if they can't get the aboard of AZN to come to the table.

Will the share price break through its 52 week high of 52.5p?

There is a lot of suspicion about whether UK Govt is really committed to the renewables sector but unless they're going to default on their legal obligations they are going to need companies like Infinis to help them achieve their targets. In the meantime a yield of 7.5% suits me just fine.

I suspect that we'll now have to await the results in early June(?) before finding out what progress has been made with commercialisation which almost always takes longer than Boards initially predict. Patience certainly required with shares like OXA but, having averaged down to about 7p, I hope that 2014/15 will be the year when I finally begin to show a paper profit.

The timing of Directors' buys is slightly odd. A trading statement was issued in February and the year end was 31March. So the full year results must presumably be in line with what was indicated in the trading statement. Otherwise they would not have been able to deal. But the buys indicate that they must be confident about next year and beyond. Maybe the results in June will give some context to their confidence.

This week's share purchases by the Directors must be a very positive sign. Think I might top up my holding with a modest purchase myself.

Ridiculous spread at the moment - 16%!

Fairly uninspiring RNS this morning I thought. All positive stuff I suppose but I would have liked a bit more passion to show through!

I don't think there's any doubt that it's a tough sales environment but once acquired iomart's customers tend to be very sticky with lots of opportunities for upselling.. The full benefits of recent acquisitions have still to come through as well. For a growth company(albeit at a slightly more modest pace) Iomart is on a pretty modest prospective p/ e. I would like to see a decent hike in the dividend at this year's AGM - 2.5p?

Faster and stronger price movement than I expected after today's RNS. Modest volumes though.

Positive statement indicating results "slightly ahead of consensus market expectations". Should be enough to encourage a few buyers in but the price may not move much until analysts have crunched their numbers for 14/15 and 15/16.

I presume we'll get a pre-close trading statement this week. Let's hope that it contains positive news to reverse the share price weakness of recent weeks.

Today's RNS is not the most bullish I've ever read but there are some positive messages in there and the share price fall looks overdone. Westinghouse Securities have increased their target price to 60p. Slow burner I suspect.

Very positive RNS today. Turnaround strategy seems to be working.

Good article tipping Iomart in this week's edition of Shares magazine. Might spark a bit more interest in the shares.
