In the case of the open offer broker debacle, we could all call and email our brokers to say wtf. In this case, we are all now in the same boat. Emailing or getting in contact is something I would like to do but we all know from experience it will yield nothing but "all is going accordingly" If they slip up in their communication with anyone one of us, and say too much, what do we think will follow that mistake? If they say it's almost done and it goes into suspension after 6 months, because of last minute disagreements, what then? I believe this is such a situation that ONLY what happens will matter, they can say anything when pushed, but what happens can be completely different. While sitting waiting for a RTO, within the first 10 weeks of a 26 week window, I personally feel is unnecessary. We all have the same interests as Jace86 pointed out. Assuming that emailing them will yield something worth while, while work on an RTO is ongoing, I simply don't know imo. As they can yield the info we want to hear via email and not rns. 10 weeks or so in, am surprised this board is this relaxed. But hysteria will drive people mad. We have someone like Antos still buying and maintaining his holding long after derampers claimed he was only here for psl. His buys put that to rest. What more do people need. I too would love to know what's going on like everyone else. We honestly have little choice but to sit and wait. Patience

I have seen people throwing money into gold companies, and then openly complaining that they don't understand the gold mining lingo. Are you f serious? This is the stock market, lets not water it down. If you don't understand something, Don't put your money into it. It's that simple. Originally we had 6 months to be a cash shell, just over 2 months have elapsed. We all know this. Negotiations in anything can fall apart at the last minute. So forcing hopeful promises out of them could lead to a lot of pain. We've seen people sell on rns they didn't understand multiple times in this BOU alone. SHOCKING stuff. This can fall apart any time. It can be crap RTO. It can be ok RTO. It can be good RTO or it can be really good RTO. No promises. That's the uncertainty and that's the risk. Understand that they can't give inside info, so let's wait like adults until we get official answers to what's going on.

Just woke up wondering. Before we or anyone in BOU knew Antos Glogowski he took over 20% of PSL/BOU. Now this must likely be before he may have put his ideas on the table. Therefore, if Antos wanted, I believe it would be allowed for Antos Glogowski to rematch his 20%. Therefore his buying upto that amount 20% of his original max hold, would be allowed. I think.
