""if you're the kind of person who can't scrap together a 5% deposit - maybe the responsibility of homeownership is not right for you""
I wonder how you would feel if you were trying to buy a house right now.
You might just find you simply aren't responsible enough.
I've got to adree with you. He claims to be posting "truth" but in that case there is so much in favour of this company, especially at this price. he would post virtually no negative comments. Instead of that, he posts only negative comments.
A deramper, out to make money from ordinary investors.
Truly rumbled for just what he is, a deramping troll. Well said, btw.
"Might I respectfully suggest that Newdealz is either short or has no holding in BOOM and could even be trying to manipulate the price lower in order to buy into a profitable, growing, quality company in a sector that has global appeal."
Good point, although I see no need for respect towards them, they aren't exactly respectful to us.
Also, had he bothered to look he might have been bright enough to note these are already in priced in pennies.
"Now who buys just ONE share? :-)"
Oh, don't you know? Us wizened veterans of stock market shenanigans are privy to the secret codes of the great stock market industry, these codes are very, very secret and must never be uttered, written or referred to in any way.
Here is a list of some of them.
http://www.pennystockdream.com/Market-Maker-Signals
You will notice that the code for one share is missing from the top secret list so I will tell you what it means, it means "There will be a new RNS on this stock soon".
As we all know, it is always true, except when it isn't.
Then us wizened veterans all say, "You don't actually believe that rubbish, do you?"
"....so he will have to put up with being British regardless."
I think it is more a case of we will have to put up with him being British! The sooner that lot are gone, the better.
""A_E_Marsh, can you confirm BOOM's fair market value, and what metrics you base your calculations on, please?""
You are both generous and polite. You deserve an honest answer.
As we can see, "Fair Market Value" here is changing daily
So I haven't a clue. Nobody has (IMO) and I'm not damn fool enough to pretend. Some can come up with (almost invent) any parameters they want, there're worth nothing. Others opinions are interesting, but they are only opinions. There's a chap posts here sometimes does candlestick valuations. He seems as right as anybody. The rest could be defined as trolling or ramping, IMO.
It's down to a few people who know a lot more than us at the moment.
Without telling you my average, which is above this but in single figures, I am hoping to make a good profit. I have held Boom for about 7 years now and have been well below (or should that be, above?) this paper loss before.
I may yet buy more. A while to go before St Leger Day, (Please... don't do what some idiot did here before and confuse it with the day the horse race is held! St Leger Day is on October 2nd this year.) So there you go, my valuation is both volatile and basically founded on a historic saying with absolutely no proof of accuracy!
BTW, that old saying, "Sell in May and go away, come back on Ledger day"?
Just a load of old rubbish? How much would I have to invest in Boom now if I had sold in May?
GL to all invested here.
""Would you like further examples instead?""
Yes, as long as they aren't more of your, "debt laden, slow revenue growth, supply chain frictions and inflation pressures,, etc....."
What part of "comparable" did you fail to understand?
"but i won't stand by whilst nonsense is spouted"
"but i won't stand by whilst nonsense is spouted"
There was "nonsense" spouted about the other bunch as well. Strangely you haven't defended them, so you are quite happy with "nonsense" as long as it only on one side.
""Lots of things to try in the meantime - .....Socialism, .... list is endless. By the time I'm finished SP will be 4000p""
Leave out socialism and finish early. OK, the price will only be 3995, but the loss will be worth it.
IMO, it works like this. Tories get in, take our money to give to their rich friends. Always have, always will do.
Labour get in, tell us we are all equal and should be happy in 2 roomed council flats while they take our money to give to their socialist friends and are driven in their luxury limousines from their mansions in areas of outstanding natural beauty to their penthouses on the coast.
Either way, we never win.
Boombangabang, Thanks for your generous comment.
"Here’s hoping he’s right."
I'm with you on that!
I have never known why people always take a view on any rise that it must be in multiples of the current price, especially in a share that is clearly under-valued.
"£22 is a long way back..."
Less than 200 per cent.
Boom goes up 100 per cent.... 13 quid. Doesn't need anything like another 100 per cent to reach 2200.
Lies, damned lies and statistics.
3500 isn't that far away ;-)
