LosingLess, thanks for your reply, yes I have been here a long time too. So long in fact I had to look up M & A because I had forgotten. My days of sitting here posting are long gone, enjoying what I can now and make an occasional post.

No, sorry, that wasn't what I said. It is not the case, as I said "you have over-simplified.". You take no account of market size or "stock", which fluctuates causing the change in prices.

The MM are CONTRACTED to provide the service within market size. If you are trading in market size, which is specified for each company you must get a deal.
