There is a certain "investment journalist" who may be to blame. He and his friends have caused massive damage to companies in the past, sometimes simply out of vindictiveness.

He masquerades as a "saviour" for small investors and turns quite nasty sometimes.

I remember a time when he was due to interview Rob Proctor but Rob chose to go abroad on that day, and I don't think he was ever forgiven. Once a company is in this individuals sights he never lets up and a trademark of his comments is how he uses "traditional" valuations for situations where they don't fit.

All IMO, maybe wrong.
