The latest Investing Matters Podcast with Jean Roche, Co-Manager of Schroder UK Mid Cap Investment Trust has just been released. Listen here.
Paitech going on your post you’d have lots to consider, firstly when do you want your money returned ? Is it an investment, a trade or a combination of both.
Consider that a single sell order might not get filled in a share like TNT with a small free float, therefore you might want to set a couple of smaller sell orders at different prices. If you do, remember you are also showing your hand to the MM they see the book and can act on that information.
Personally £4-5 is too low for me my first assessment to sell will be around £15 and I can wait for that until then I’ll buy when I can.
Well if the info is in a RNS it will only be ‘Rampy’ if that can be substantiated, with the exception of RS giving a general market outlook for the sector. To get the best idea and for new investors, I would recommend reading the 29thJuly RNS, entitled AGM Statement. My view is some of this information with be recycled and is already known in the market. What I am most interested in is if we’ll see some of what has been pitched to our larger investors.
Which positively engaged people sold, as I see everyone still here, apart from a couple of small time traders. Perhaps we need a roll call
Present
Benny I took your advice and sold this morning at a loss, as not to lose everything now several thousand pounds worse off than I would have been if I kept my shares what do you suggest I do to recover the losses your advice has created? I feel sure that as a decent fellow you would be happy to reimburse my losses.
Has anyone seen him I’m getting worried about him
Yeah biker but I own being a Muppet and make it work for me. Forgot to say read all your posts from January this year some are great you should write a book especially some of the Senx ones made me laugh. This Muppet looks into everything all part of investing.
Biker you made your money and left why come back, unless your looking for a cheap entry
Benny, hypocrisy comes to mind.
Can we get some better trolls here please
Benny your still here what a surprise, what price did you sell for?
Sorry you’re not going to stay and play and that you were unable to answer what you sold for. You would think someone as well researched and knowledgable about this share as yourself would remember that. Oh well you won’t see this post anyway now you’ve left.
Run along Benny unless you’re going to make reasoned fact based arguments which you cannot. By the way how much did you sell your shares for?
Firstly Benny has no shares according to his post as sold them, I don’t believe there were any to start with. What this does tell you is posting at this time in the morning in the way he does it’s intended to put off traders skimming the boards.
What it should do is give people comfort that this share is being manipulated but will return to climbing when they are done
Benny your posts say F’all and you know it. So where are these better investments and why are they better please explain.
You were spouting this stuff last January and were wrong then, pretending to have sold at a loss but staying around to warn others, very noble but bolloc*s. If people had followed you last January they would have sold sub 175 yet later in the year had opportunity to buy lower and sell at £3 several times.
I don’t usually stoop to this level but Benny what a T*at
In other news check out the late trades from the 16th 60k at 315 near 1600 is interesting
This poster been a member since 2018 only other posts for MPM and SRSP telling people they’re a bargain but guess what they are out of business. Then pops up years later to warn people on TNT a share they’re not invested in, not to invest but an expert now on CLN’s.
Surprised Tinbu you have not mentioned the other CLN’s TNT have with TAL.
I do feel for investors to a point as generally I would hope we all want to make some money and be happy for each other, but how are they supposed to know who the goods guys are. Actually just do some research and ask if your unsure that’s what the BB is for.
Aidan, I agree with that post.
A lot of people turning up have no interest in research, those jumping in maybe listening to them perhaps deserve to lose out. I know I’ve put the hours of research in will continue to check on changes which might affect my investment decision but I‘ve done that over the weekend and the result is no change in fact I have £7k more in here than this time last week all of which is underwater but like our wealthy investors paying multiple times what I have I am not bothered as I have patients and if R/S can grow this company to 50% of the 10b suggested, again in an RNS I’ll be very happy.
But it is true, agreed documented and released via RNS so also validated by the Nomad
Draig
Not sure I am seeing a sell off not in reported trades anyway. Also fro the RNS;
The subscriber has agreed to certain, substantial, limitations on its ability to dispose of the Shares.
In addition the issues shared should be balance with the equity received for the issue.
Firstly Draig great post recommended as it sums up a lot of where I am, still positive but also weary.
So I spent the morning looking at companies who have entered into similar deals then tracked what happened next. Firstly, I say similar as I have found none the same and differences depend on the position and sector of each company. The TNT deal certainly looks at the good end as the BoD have control over future share issues, rather than being mutual or at the discretion of the investor.
The main thing for what happened next with similar deals was what news the company had in the pipeline or not as the case with some. So what might TNT have to issue in the next month that the $10m investor might be privi to that would boost the SP VWAP closer to £5 than £2?”
I don’t think he ever does read them or remember his own posts. He said at 70p we would not see pounds again and something was up with the company.
Anyway I’m out today so started researching early, not found much about Fintech leaders find llc, if anyone does please post it. They are certainly not a name associated with the usual wonga lenders.
