Blencowe Resources: Aspiring to become one of the largest graphite producers in the world. Watch the video here.
Yeah me too I was going to post on here a couple days back I hope they don’t release an RNS and ruin the rise.
Could this be the start of someone buying up the small free float under £1.50? Or just someone looking to make a 100% in a short timeframe
Fair enough but does not mean you cannot make money from this.
Well they did a deal on funding by the end of August as stated looks simple enough
Not sure the market would have liked it if we were trading, this should have been completed by 4th August. As long as it’s done by the time the suspension lifts
The amount of money this raises is immaterial, where this has been used by the company before is to ensure they keep balance in the shareholding. So this could be a prelude to share issuance. Maybe the Middle East investor or a new one.
As it was not answered, my early question ‘can you sell delisted shares’ the answer is yes of course.
Bunsen, T trade is when you pay a deposit for shares and settle the balance at a future date i.e T-3 or T-20 in short it is bigger risk and potential bigger reward. Not for me as the MM. An move against your margin and wipe you out.
Well no rush to the exit from investors and actually I’m looking forward to some quite through August which in which most shares get dragged down during low holiday volumes,
Large banks are running legacy systems some have been around for over 30years (anyone own a 30yr old car or phone). Each year the banks are spending 10’s of millions to keep their systems operating and bolting in additional requirements for regulation change to AML and KYC. My view from the start of my investment here is once TNT have the patients the local licences and the platform they will be taken out by a big player. Happens all the time , let a firm take the risk and build the platform then buy it. The big banks could not pull together the intelligence required to build this tech as those that TNT have have on board. Remember some of these guys have been involved in multi billion dollar tech design.
When do I think is a likely year for a takeover 2025, the roadmap will be advanced enough to derisk for buyers
Latino not that it will happen as you only have to look at the HNWI structure and the options they would be giving up to know this won’t delist. But tell me can you sell stock in a delisted company?
I would support an IQ test before people can post or invest, some comments I see on LSE make we worry how some get through the day.
Why were some posts deleted?
So Mr Morris you post on other boards for people to research and get into MNRG. So you know they had the same audit supply issue as here except MNRG were behind TNT auditors in the annual process. Tell everyone how long MNRG were suspended for remembering they had more work.
Then you are giving some context to your post rather than just making out it’s terrible. Yes IF suspension happens and it most likely will. It will not be for long, so it’s an issue for traders but not investors.
Also it does not stop the company working on extending patients, which they already have , progressing the Rwanda business plan and joint venture or working on funding.
I am an investor an happy to have the opportunity to have brought nearly 5k over this week at this level, if it goes lower I’ll buy more and don’t worry if it goes bust I can afford it as I make investments.
Bunsen unless you need the cash don’t think so short term, if you get 40% in a couple of weeks consider it a cushion and hold for proper gains.
Suspension would actually be from 0730 1 Aug, not Monday 1630. Why is this important because it’s correct unlike your post and as it allows the company time to release a RNS 0700 on Tuesday to confirm either way.
I am not concerned if it happens, why as the company is still on its mission to build a $10 billion proposition and a tenth of that would see this at around £20 my first selling point.
Pillock
Does anyone know if FLF still have shares?. Given the going s on with FLF if I was RS I wouldn’t want to release anything to promote the SP until they were out of the picture which should be by 4th Aug. At that point I’d give updates on funding and progress against the TNT roadmap. A short suspension might well turn out to be useful timing.
The timing with settling FLF, the AGM the talks with Middle East investors and non filling of the accounts is starting to look more than a coincidence to me.
Might have to have another couple of k’s worth this afternoon.
I have been buying this week, I’m not phased by the thought of suspension as I would be holding anyway also I can afford to lose what I put in not that I really believe that will happen. At this price the risk of missing a rise is greater than further drops.
Ideally the auditor would have provided an open letter to append to the RNS stating what RS did.
Let’s have another good day here
Use the market cap as your ‘p’ and the pbt as your earnings ‘e’. So as the mcap drops the ratio reduces and if there is an expectation of increased earnings the ratio drops again. Then compare to expected p/e for this sector.
