Thanks, I thought I'd seen a video or read somewhere that the PFS was due in March but I couldn't remember where I got that from.

swest42, agreed, the exact timing is not critical in the big picture. And as you say, there'll be plenty of understanding if the timing slips.

GaiasKidney, on your question, will results of the just commenced drilling feed into the PFS. This is my understanding:

The Feb 2022 presentation says on page 12 that the current resource is 21.3Mt at 1.31% LiO and that 'c. 56,500m of drilling in current MRE' and that 'c 37,500m of infill and extensional drilling pending; not included in current MRE'.

I'm expecting the PFS to include the c 37,500m of pending drilling and to be based on a revised resource.

Then the drilling that has just commenced will feed into future studies.

These are just my thoughts, happy to be corrected / hear other peoples thoughts......

Anyone know when the PFS is scheduled to be released?

At 14:55 he says something like; 'we think this becomes quite large, it's 14.5million tonnes today.....it's too early to tell what the potential is, is it 30, 50, 70, who knows? but we think it can be very large.'

Since this interview, the resource has been updated to 21.3million tonnes, but if Keith Philips is right that 'we think it can be very large', then it appears there's still plenty resource growth to come.....

On the potential for Resource growth. Page 12 of Atlantic's presentation is interesting. It looks to me like the Ewoyaa West target corridor has had substantial auger drilling. These are the dots in turquoise. I'm looking forward to some RC drill results from this area, especially the southern part of this corridor. This is all outside of the current resource.

Do you know which interview he mentions this. I'm keen to watch / read his comments?

I've watched a proactive interview where he talks about the resource hopefully growing significantly. Also, in this proactive interview, Phillips mentions that a PFS is scheduled for April which I didn't know. This is pretty close now.

Any help on this comment would be much appreciated.

What's also interesting, in my opinion, is that this move from Tesla increases the pressure on other auto manufacturers to secure lithium.

Interesting news announced from Liontown Resources in Australia overnight.

They've signed a lithium off-take agreement with Tesla.

Liontown was +18% in Australia.

I think 50% of Atlantic Lithium's Ewoyaa lithium concentrate is still available for an off-take agreement.

Lol! Time will tell slugger! Autocorrect kept changing Sharug to shrug when I wrote my post.

I've always had high hopes for Sharug so could be great news or otherwise. The longer things go on, the less optimistic I get. Although they are / were drilling with a man portable rig.

Hopefully some news soon.

We've had updates on Rio Amarillo and Porvenir but I've still seen no news on Sharug.

They started drilling sometime in August.

It would be good to get an update on drilling sometime soon.

I get the Mather debate. It was very relevant a few years back and polarised most posters. Personally, I don't think debating the management of a company instantly equals x, y, z or troll. Usually, I just think it can be important to debate these things.

The thing that I'm more interested in, is how drilling is coming along at the Santa Martha target on the Sharug tenements down in the south of Ecuador?

I just went back and had a look at the news release from 11 August when drilling began. They're using a man portable rig and drilling NQ core. This produces core of 4.7cm in diameter (for those that are interested). The rig can reach 1,800m if needed and they plan to drill 3,200m across 6 holes.

Sharug has interested me for a long time now. I'm looking forward to reading about what they find in the first 6 holes.

10 weeks have now gone by since they started. Hopefully we get some news soon.
