BarclaysShare,
If you have a holding in Cleantech Lithium. I wish you well but my interest is with Atlantic Lithium.
Atlantic Lithium reserve grade CURRENTLY is excellent. In my opinion, it's likely to grow. The deposit is also near surface and has recently been found to have exceptionally high grade in places. Crucially, the mineralisation at Atlantic's Ewoyaa project is SPODUMENE. Hard rock Spodumene deposits have a tried and tested processing route and Ewoyaa mineralisation will NOT even require flotation according to the PFS. In short, the reserve is there, the economics are EYE WATERING and the processing risk is relatively low.
When I say relatively low, I mean with respect to brine projects which take a long time to bring on, as they use evaporation. They also require much larger capex and use a lot of water, sometimes in areas where farmers require water for their crops.
Direct Lithium Extraction lithium projects may or may NOT work. The jury is still out on this. Time will tell. As for lithium containing clay projects, there are NONE in commercial production yet. They may or may not be an economic success.
Going back to HARD ROCK projects, there are hard rock LITHIUM minerals called LEPIDOLITE and PETALITE that are harder to process than SPODUMENE. I try to avoid these projects because of my processing concerns.
What type of project(s) does Cleantech Lithium have?
