One of the big comments I picked up on the interims is “70% of all services meet the expected standard”. Meaning 30% do not! Vocare were a big fish to swallow but their connections were worth it.

PIs do not normally get to buy at discounts but this is a 90% off sale for those that can see it

The £1.60 valuation takes into account numbers, not sentiment (an AIM dilemma),

Stop, think, this company now makes £1M gross profit a month, a £80M cap company anywhere else, minimum. This will also grow, the NHS cannot be bothered to do due diligence every 5 minutes, once you are a NHS supplier you are on their lists..

Ok, this stock has come to my attention a few times in the last few days.

i have been to the company website, looks impressive, read the presentations, looks impressive.

The big thing fo me though has got to be this board. No investment keeps this many people engaged and positive without having something to offer..

To top it all one of the top posters uses my home town as his moniker,.

Hearing from whom about a placing. Another talking head on Twitter, a placing to cover what? A deferred purchase consideration that will not be due for months and will not be paid if Vocare don’t deliver or paid in shares if at all.

JW read a twitter note from another twitter muppet this morning about a £4M net debt and panicked. Firstly the accounts are already out of date by 2 months and secondly the company is spitting off £1M per month gross profit.

The BOD are not going to worry about some panicked fools on twitter. They have some clever people advising and supporting

This is a company throwing off £6.5M of cash per month now and gross profit of £1M pm.

The only difference in the net assets position in the last 6 months is an additional £2M deferred purchase accrual, in other words it is deferred! And will likely only be payable based on asset and income performance.

The Twitter guru was waffling on about his massive financial research spreadsheets only last week, really, he has no idea, a trader who try’s to lead the hyena pack his way.

I have reviewed the broker note from July this year and the interims and there is no difference, yes the Vocare purchase has been bigger to swallow than expected but so what.

I think there is a big seller behind the scenes who does not seem too bothered at the price they get at the moment.

Plenty of doom and gloom about so I do agree a little bit of positive news would be good, wherever it comes from.

As long as they use cash to support the integration and growth of business and do not rush off and buy anything else they will be fine. I suspect the IIs will ensure they steady the ship first

It may take another 18 months but in the scale of building a £100M mcap that is nothing. The NHS will want to see slow and steady too.. GLA

Share price estimate of £1.60 to £2.20, so currently getting shares at a 90% discount! I will keep building my position at these prices.

I hate to say this, I can feel the hate already, but I have the same discussions over bitcoin.

The way I see it, people make real money out of backing 20 “flakey” ideas and getting 3 right. Nobody honestly knows where bitcoin is going, even though many have opinions! In the same way trying to convince others, never mind keep the faith with BMN 3 years ago must have been hard.

I am quite happy to throw seed investment money into a “daft” idea because it helps me put skin in the game and research it. I have lost loads of seed money but I have always made money...

You both make valid points and as a “professional investor” maybe my rules have cost me money.

Always easy to say in hindsight though.. my rules have made me more money consistently over the years than I have lost. A rule makes you do something your emotions don’t want to. Most people lose money through emotions, fear and greed, than they do through rules..
