HH I think you are right and investors should not be surprised to not really see the SP rise. We have acquired the major share holding in the DSO nothing else at this moment as changed. It changes significantly when when we quantify the DSO tonnage.

Have to say I am please with what I have read on both RNS this morning.

The key part to me now is getting a deal done with the tailings because I think that this can generate cash quite quickly and will improve the bank balance and give the company more monies for exploration with out having to put more share into the market diluting the share price.

There is so much to come with regards to news, A capstone update cannot be far away, drilling to commence at EH and Brockman and none of this is taken into account on my calculation it might be £2 hahahahaha.

Before I start can I just say this is not an intended ramp its my overview of the DSO all of it based on what could be.

So sometime back I did this calculation regarding DSO and the up lift from $150 to $200. which are below, I know its now nearly $220 a ton but Im working on $200.

Guys following up on ETW earlier and him doing some cals this is a post I did on the 8 April 2021. Look at the DSO price then ($150) to now ($200) and you will see these figures are now 25% out. so I have upgraded them by the side

240,000,000 x$ 150= $36,000,000,000 that's 36 Billion $ TOTAL NOW $42 Billion

Im going to do the JV at an exception rate because we are proving it up 75/25Split

so $36,000000,000 - 75% ( 27,000,000,000) 25%= 9,000,000,000 or
so $9,000,000,000 49% own by other party (4,100,000,000 = $4,800,000,000 NOW $6 Billion
Leaves Alien Metals with $4.8Billion
$4.8 Billion divided by 4 Billion shares = $1.2 NOW $1.5
$1 = about 73p so 1.2= 87pNOW £1.10
87p a share on 240 million tons NOW £1.10
43.5p a share at 120 million tons NOW 54p
Nearly 22p for 60 million tons NOW 27.5P

Yes this is all based on what's in the ground but still makes interesting reading. I know there is a calc for materials in the ground which I'm sure someone will give.

SO this is the difference it now makes

240,000,000 x$200= $42,000,000,000 that's $42 Billion

Im going to do the JV at an exception rate because we are proving it up 75/25Split

so $42,000000,000 - 75% ( 31,500,000,000) 25%= $10.500,000,000 ( 10.5B)
so $10.500,000,000 10% own by other party which is $1.05 Billion
Leaves Alien Metals with $9.45Billion
$9.45 Billion divided by 4 Billion shares = $2.36
$1 = about 73p so 2.36= £1.72
£1.72 a share on 240 million tons
86p a share at 120 million tons
38p for 60 million tons
19p for 30 Million tons

Now this is very much pie in the sky until the resource is quantified but I have taken it down to 30 Million tons.

Fernix who operate there own extraction and shipping work on $95 a ton to extract and ship so for ease lets say $100 a ton based on the 240 million Tons you would Just half the total gross amount to give you your profit which would be around $4.7 Billion.

My Calcs my thoughts and just to show what could be possible when the mineral resource is quantified.

Yes Starbright your right Winfield are only one big difference who now controls Winfield with an 80% share UFO do lol it’s a win win to me.

Star right it’s not really a worry if you read the RNS because UFO will own 80% of Winfield so you are in control of the share and the business.

All makes great business sense to me.

They’ve acquired a new business increased their holding in the Han**** and Pilbra to 90% which many of us some time we said would be great.

I don’t see a down side here at all.

All makes perfect sense to me. You don’t increase your holding in something unless you are confident it what you have found £2m to give you 90% makes a massive difference if you run the figures I did on 49% ownership it’s massive.mI will do them later .

Goingtomoonufo We have to look at this clearly and not get carried away.

UFO are not miners, the DSO compared to silver a 2 totally different things. Yes I believe they could source the DSO has we have discussed previously but a silver mine is another animal, UFO don't have the expertise to do this and I don't think $300M would be anywhere near enough.

We need to be more understanding and not look like we are blatantly ramping which I know you are not but thing like £1 sp and setting up a $300M go some way towards it. I love the enthusiasm but lets take it one step at at time. We are all fundamentally after the same thing in securing a finical situation that benefits us and our families that's certainly why I'm here.

ETW and I have been looking at the DSO and the surrounding tenements and infrastructure, ( ETW doing loads of work behind the seen top guy) We are surround by 3 massive players in BHP, RIo and Brockman Mining if we can prove a multi million ton DSO find we could have a bidding war on for a JV.

All looking good but lets stay calm.

I think a £1 is slightly crazy Goingtomoonufo unless you are looking many many years down the line. I certainly will be gone way before then. In fact not much into double figures and thats me done Sipp maxed out. From then on All I will be doing is paying the taxman 55% of everything. Really need to speak to a to pension guy lol.

Morning All

Tailings are by far the quickest way to generate cash for UFO. Simple process of shipping and refining. We know this could easily generate $10 Million dollars plus hence why I would like to see an RNS.

This would put massive strength behind UFO and there exploration needs. I am also desperate to see where we are in Mexico with the permits because again we know we have the funding in place to start drilling and in 2 massively known silver areas which again I see this driving the SP.

All in all looking really good but it could be looking fantastic with a couple of great RNS.

They might be talking with a processing company also so they can just release it in one hit which would be great.

Would only be a case of transporting and processing the for the cash to start coming in which would look really good as an explore generating an income to to further there exploration works.
