I think all you will look at doing is paying the owners a percentage from things I’ve seen and read this would be around 15% max remember these guys have no cash so any income to them is a plus. Also if it was on our tenement you could ask them to move it which again they could not afford to do so it is in their interest to strike a deal.

I think the next 45 days is to sort which process works best to give maximum benefit at least cost out lay.

Have to say I'm more than happy after listening to Bill this morning, a much better structured interview compared to the recent ones with lots of snippets of information.

Can I just say regarding my calculation it is purely based on lots bits of information we have gleamed over the past months with the 240M tons being set some time back and quoted in Turner Popes release sometime back.

SO all I have done is work it out from there and dived it down to 30M tons for a guide and is based on the total mineral resource based on $200 a ton along in the one case the Fernix production cost of $100, I haven't taken into account any tax on the income but this wouldn't alter the company valuation based on the resource .
My comment regarding 64 years mine life was based on 160M tons mining 2.5 M tons a year. That's doubling Firnix's 1.25M tones mined a year target.
With regards to the capital cosy of the project and risk this is where I say about partnering with an end user/buyer who would stump up the upfront capitals cost and recoup it thought a profit percentage each year on what's mined.

I also say that this is on the total resource and and know that if you do it by what's in the ground it is massively reduced until the MRE is known.

Sorry if it miss guided people it certainly wasn't meant to and I tried to just keep it simple.

Think from yesterday we probably knew this was coming but all reads good infill drilling plus further exploration to identify an MRE is great new. Once an MRE is identified it will make things really interesting. Nice one BBGand the team.

So tell me as a GGP holder how you value it at between 50p and £1 which are in your posts and a resource of 70m oz also in your posts I look forward to you calculations and back up.

My calculations are worked out on the asset value not the profit.

Companies are valued by their assets not their profits unless I am mistaken.

If you value the DSO asset at $xxx by the volume of the asset it the same for all be it BHP, Rio or UFO. The like of BHP and Rio would process it and ship it far cheaper than Fernix so would make greater profit so you could use your calc to compare them, but you can if you use the asset value,if that makes sense. Great to compare though, going to get very interesting after the next update prepare for the Turner Pop revaluation.

Naps I looked into Tymers posts and saw him rubbishing Hydrogen and thought really. He come on here talking about you ramping then quotes GGP upto a £1 along with 70m once’s Idont know where that number comes from but it’s not bamps. Lol

Perhaps if you read deeper into today’s posts you will see my calculations based on the DSO and giving possible affect to the SP not meant as a ramp purely what could be possible,

You obviously have no idea with regards to DSO the company or their holdings.

We know that Fernix extract, process and ship for $95 a ton .

Tuff, naps is right but I don’t believe it is so hard to estimate the resource it not like gold lol the magnetic mapping identifies the area far easier than gold so yes we would need to drill but nothing like GGP. I might be over simplifying it but you can identify the area more quickly.

Hi Miller the $200 is the value of the DSO so this would represent the total turnover/ value just like a company you would then take out the overhead to give you the profit which as you say would be around $100 but the value of the company is based on the turn over we just need to remember Turn over is vanity , profit is sanity, cash is king.

Naps I am with you 100% the big boys can make this happen far quicker with their rail links and remember none of those figures account for anything else.

5x5 Fernix excavate ,crush and trans port of $95 a ton so make it east say $100 because my DSO cost is $200 so half if you pulled a deal together and did it your self and we will use the 160M ton figure yo would have
160M X $200 = $32, 000,000,000 or $32 Billion dollars

Minus 160M x $100 for shipping , crushing and haulage = $16 Billion

So possible project profit would be $16 Billion

Now looking more into Fernix they only have just over 7 million tons and are looking to do 1.25 million tons a year they also transport it 490KLM to the port.

so they do 1.25M x $200 = $250 M a year turn over on DSO netting $125m profit using same calcs.

We really need to know the full DSO size because this is where I see the issue in doing it ourselves if and I say IF we have nay where near 160M tons and we dis twice as much as Fernix so 2.5M tons a year the life expectancy of the mine would be 64 YEARS LOLLLLLL

Lets break it down a bit more.

So lets say

just to help here is a section taken out of my email regarding DSO and the Calculation. SO Ive left it at 240M tons but then have broken it down by 50% sections to help. You will then understand my previous comments regarding writing a big cheque or the SP. I say the 75/25 split is an exceptional rate which I still believe it is but if you can prove the ore body size and quality you have more to bargain with.

240,000,000 x$200= $42,000,000,000 that's $42 Billion

Im going to do the JV at an exception rate because we are proving it up 75/25Split

so $42,000000,000 - 75% ( 31,500,000,000) 25%= $10.500,000,000 ( 10.5B)
so $10.500,000,000 10% own by other party which is $1.05 Billion
Leaves Alien Metals with $9.45Billion
$9.45 Billion divided by 4 Billion shares = $2.36
$1 = about 73p so 2.36= £1.72
£1.72 a share on 240 million tons
86p a share at 120 million tons
38p for 60 million tons
19p for 30 Million tons

Naps think you are bang on with regards to his comments and not being messed around. PaulQ might be worth looking at my figures with the regards to the 160m Tons but I'm sure it will be very positive.

There no way he will sell the whole lot for a big cheque 160 million tons at $100 a ton is $16 Billion just not going to happen.

I can see the JV with one of the big boys but I can also see a 3rd party coming in to but the DSO with an upfront payment to organise extraction, crushing and transport followed by a heathy profit which I believe is what Fernix did.

If we can carry out more drilling confirm the ore size and quality then progress either of the above this year which is well achievable you wont be looking at single digits.

Yes have to say once it was announced that they had identified 7 areas in EH that looked to contain Platinum and palladium I thought quicker we can get a rig out the better.

We have so many great RNS to come.
1- Drill updates from Hanc0ck
2 - drill updates from Donovan 2 cannot be far away
3 - Silver tailings update
4 - start drilling at Brockman
5 - start drilling at EH
6 - Mexico licences update
7 - commence drilling in Mexico

All I think will go some way to improving the SP the an we have to wait for more drill results and who knows what else with possible JVs.

I think the SP will begin to move steadily From June to the end of 21 with some bumps along the way lol. 2022 could be massive for UFO. Tied into all of this will be the silver price.
