This should build before deal with consolidation along the way. Remember once above 20p we will see institutional investors coming onboard. So buying down at these levels is a great opportunity to accumulate imo. This will make a proper run around 11 and then in the afternoon.

Dianthus Therapeutics is offering Nanjing Leads Biolabs up to $1 billion biobucks for licensing rights to a bispecific antibody designed to treat certain autoimmune disorders.

Under the terms of the deal, Dianthus will pay the Chinese biotech $30 million in upfront cash and near-term milestones, plus an $8 million milestone payment tied to the start of a Dianthus-led phase 1 study, according to an Oct. 16 release.

Leads Biolabs could also garner up to an additional $962 million in development, regulatory and sales-based milestones across multiple indications, plus tiered royalties.

Lots of deals still going on, like I have said autoimmune market is huge and big pharmas are snapping up what they can even at earlier stages than P140.

Pebsi agree barely a pullback but it is cheaper to buy than few days ago. So good opportunity here imo.

Remember if there was no interest then the pharma companies wouldn't still be talking to them. The patent gives the big pharma companies security and puts imm in a strong position when negotiating. Deals have been very large in the autoimmue disease space and will be no different here, remember P140 is first in class.

These pullbacks are providing opportunity to accumulate ahead of deals.

Anyways looks like we are having a backtest of the 20MA breakout from few days ago. 13.5p has been tested several times and that wall will break soon. Opportunity here imo. Ignore the noise. GLA.

Nobody like a consolidation and it happens to all shares that have consolidated. Share price always goes below the consolidation price. Can't explain why but it has always been the case. But certainly see value down at these levels.
