Potential Partnerships and Path Toward Commercialisation

The Company has a comprehensive data room which all potential partners, on the signing of a Confidential Disclosure Agreement, have the opportunity to access the most recent data and clinical findings, in order to carry out the appropriate due diligence necessary.

Further updates, as appropriate, will be communicated to the market between now and our stated objective of completing a deal by the end of 2025.

Lanstead subscription agreement should bring in over £4m imo. We will find out end of month/first week Dec. That will put IMM in stronger position when negotiating the deals. Conrad Asia Energy Ltd (ASX: CRD) - Request for Trading Halt

Conrad Asia Energy Ltd (ASX: CRD) (the “Company”) requests that the securities of the Company be placed in a trading halt with effect from the commencement of trading today, Tuesday 11 November 2025, pursuant to Listing Rule 17.1.

The trading halt is requested pending an announcement to the market in relation to the completion of the proposed farm down of 75% of the Duyung PSC. The Company has previously announced its intention to farm down in its Half Yearly Report released on 10 September 2025 and in its Quarterly Activities Report released on 27 October 2025.

The following information is provided in accordance with Listing Rule 17.1:

1. The Company requests the trading halt for the purpose of managing its continuous disclosure obligations.

2. The Company requests the trading halt to remain in place until the earlier of the Company making an announcement to ASX concerning the execution of all Transaction documents and the opening of trading on Thursday 13 November 2025.

3. The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted or of any further information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.

Conrad is in discussions with potential equity partners in relation to a minority, non-operated farm-in into both of its Aceh assets.
