Conrad Asia Energy Ltd (ASX: CRD) - Request for Trading Halt

Conrad Asia Energy Ltd (ASX: CRD) (the “Company”) requests that the securities of the Company be placed in a trading halt with effect from the commencement of trading today, Tuesday 11 November 2025, pursuant to Listing Rule 17.1.

The trading halt is requested pending an announcement to the market in relation to the completion of the proposed farm down of 75% of the Duyung PSC. The Company has previously announced its intention to farm down in its Half Yearly Report released on 10 September 2025 and in its Quarterly Activities Report released on 27 October 2025.

The following information is provided in accordance with Listing Rule 17.1:

1. The Company requests the trading halt for the purpose of managing its continuous disclosure obligations.

2. The Company requests the trading halt to remain in place until the earlier of the Company making an announcement to ASX concerning the execution of all Transaction documents and the opening of trading on Thursday 13 November 2025.

3. The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted or of any further information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.

Why autoimmune diseases are so difficult to diagnose?

Some have been loading up since yesterday, soon buying in 11s will be gone.

No idea when Lanstead will sell their remaining holdings, but their subscription agreement comes to an end by end of November. 7 months started from May 2025.

Seems like they are allowing some to accumulate down at these lows today, once done expect this to go.

Popeye personally feel £230m is a very low considering what they have. Just got to look at all the deals that have been taking place in billions and remember P140 is first in class. That is very valuable and I would think pounds on offer here than pence.

Shows how there is strong demand in autoimmune that Pharmas are willing to take anything which are alot earlier stages than P140.

Watch how the A trades are taking advantage of the quick drops to 11.10 ask. Reckon we see a strong afternoon. GLA.

The results of the Report, together with the outcome of current ongoing commercial discussions with the Company's prepayment and offtake partner over their arrangements with Premier, are expected to have a material bearing on the Company's assessment of the current flotation plant having the short term potential, as reported previously, to meet its operational objectives of achieving sustainable commercial production at both the required grade and tonnage.

The adjournment is intended to facilitate further commercial discussions between the Company and its principal shareholder in relation to the resolutions prior to the reconvened meeting

We are back at the buyzone level for accumulation imo. This time I feel like it maybe the last time as news within the next 2 months. With the event taking place next week would imagine increase interest on this share. We have tested 13.5-14p about 7 times and I think on the next attempt we break that stubborn area and will become strong support.

Spread is tightest I have seen. Currently 11.05 bid and 11.10 ask. Won't last for long if you want in imo.

Got to say this board is becoming a joke, some use to be shareholders and now have joined the naysayers instead of moving on once sold. They hang around just to make sure they have made the right decision.

I think some have forgotten about deals regarding other assets in their portfolio which Tim has mentioned about. Going to this upcoming event is perfect and also will give more awareness for their P140 asset, which will attract instutional investors.

Like I said dyor, ignore the noise and be patient. News within the next 2 months so take advantage of any dips if you can. GLA.

Freefloat here is very tiny, 78.6% is held by majors, which means there are only 33m shares available. Volume approaching 20m. It is a very difficult share to buy and someone took a chunk at 2.25 earlier. GLA.

Just a bit of consolidation at the moment, will build higher. Rather see a steady rise than a spike before news.
