I think I've found the reason for the 10p price, it was just the agreed price as per the RNS from Dec.

GWP don't forget OMI's stake will be 25%, or 20% if they don't contribute to production costs. I'd probably be a bit more conservative with POG but still a s**t tonne of money!

Yeah I've seen that, thanks. Just states 109m but there were over 200m done today. Also thought 10p was a huge discount to the current sp. I hope whoever has bought them plans on holding a little while

Well looks like GTE may be out, found an article stating 100m shares sold but looks like over 200m have been traded at 10p! That's a significant discount, why so low?

I think its a sell. Surely if you're buying that many you would have paid a premium! If it is a sell though sp held up remarkably well
