Yeah they’re very conservative to say the least. Also could do with some awareness of what’s going on, not ramping or anything crazy.. just an active Twitter or the occasional interview with Ceo would help.

marineville .. it’s not a mysterious buyer who knows something.. it’s someone from this board. They’ve been waiting to get a good chunk in ever since the THC deal. Im obviously not going to give up who it was, that’s not my place, but they stopped short of 3% today so maybe you’ll never know... unless their finger gets itchy again :-) All they know is what we all know. It was a bloody good price

Wizard. It’s pretty clear to me. Jacques was on the board of THC, he probably did or orchestrated 99% of the work needed to get this asset into shape, and the deal with ascendant in place. That includes financial help with drills (hence the suspension awaiting funds coming back). The Swiss directors of THC just walked away with 99k in their pockets for sitting on their backsides doing nowt for the last couple of years.

glacial .. just a lot of negativity around aim and particularly the exploration and resource sector right now. Things will turn in time, hopefully right at the same time we release another great piece of news :-)

Yeah , but there’s a very small float here. They couldn’t have many to sell. When it clears I have a feeling we will move pretty fast.. especially if it’s around the time of facts being put straight!!

Today’s market cap is £2.35m At end of July MAFL had £2.6m working capital. Since then they gained $900,000 from the THC deal last week. Also through the same deal they acquired THC’s 51% of the shares from Ascendant Resources buy in. Which takes MAFL’s total holding above 3%. At today’s CAD exchange rate = £996,000. (worked at 3% .. it may actually be closer to 3.5). Today’s market cap not only trades below working capital and investment portfolio.. but doesn’t price one single quid in for Lagoa Salgada. The mind boggles. It really does. In July Nav was at 7.49p You can do the maths on the back of a fag packet and realise that the Nav is going to jump to well over 10p.. probably 11 or 12p.. even without any re-valuation of LS. Crazy!

Global Zinc shortage happening for real. Price is rising. I wonder who is expanding a monster zinc resource? Chart shows huge decline of Zinc in storage http://www.kitconet.com/charts/metals/base/lme-warehouse-zinc-60d-Large.gif

Your numbers look realistic now :-) I’d say a nav around 11-13p in the very short term, building as the project and buy ins progress to 20p+ over next year or so.. Like you say, it all looks good from down here
