I'm only guessing, but I think the Nav will be out late in January, towards end maybe. Certainly Ascendant's drill results, but it's possible that could come before, as someone mentioned on here other day, they aren't MAFL and can release information to their shareholders when they want..
agree Quadrum. JV doesn’t take a silly salary from MAFL. It’s not a lifestyle business like other AIM co’s. He’s running it prudently, within its means. No debt, no dilution, and an end game that will see him do extremely well with him personally holding 19% of it all.. if you can hold this for a few years you’ll see some sparkling gains. He’s not put a foot wrong yet.. apart from maybe a few things dragging on at times, but ends up delivering.. so far so good in the bigger picture.
Scrap that 17 odd %.. JVs on 19% and climbing..

Another sign we are undervalued perhaps? lol
Let's see what better market conditions bring :-)
Got to remember this.. Nav until Dec is going to be reported very early next year. Which is nailed on to be at least 2X last one if not more. We also have Ascendant expanding the resource, which could double or triple the size. They stated the drilling will be done by end of year, and I would expect we will see them update their shareholders with results of the drills in one batch now. Probably January too. Then if all is hunky dory, will trigger the next stage of their buy in and more cash in MAFL's coffers..
can't fault your strategy bud, if you have the time to watch every up and down for an opportunity, it's been like clockwork. In the first instance, I was happy to accumulate around the 9-10-11p mark couple of years back, before it went to 20p.. then bought more when it dropped back to those levels.. and more again now around 7p ish. It's a long term hold for me, but I would have bailed a long time ago had I not spoken with the man in charge and realised that there is an actual game plan here, and he is banking on it playing out also, for own personal wealth, with a 17%+ stake in the co.
yes exactly wizard. Wish Id had more funds to top up lately. I managed to bring my av. down by nabbing another 100k in a couple batches around 7 ish mark.. as you say it’s a no brainer. Not just in the short term, but the upside from here over the next few years when better sentiment returns on this sector- will be quite something
marineville .. the last buyer that spiked it didn’t sell any, they’re still holding and still reading this board :-) Dunno who was selling in between then and now, but looks like they might have got taken for a ride. Been out today, missed the RNS.. thought the 100k chunks might have been another director buy in, or company buying back .. but it’s those damn swiss 3% again with their .. nudge nudge wink wink knowledge
