I think that after all this time Apollo would look pretty silly, and harm their reputation, it they walked away. Wonder if they remaining issue is whether they come in at a price which has RPC BoD support or whether they launch a contested bid.

Beginning to look like a reasonable entry point. Major concern is retention of CEO, in a different role, in sorting out the mess that occurred on his watch. Not sure if that sends the right message to him, the business and shareholders.
