Think the share price rise will not all come today due to the extra shares being released but means we can expect a nice ride from now on up to the planned flow tests. My guess is that Europa will sell their stake to ukog (or other) and/or some agreement will be made to target the same location from another point (there was some speculation a while ago that could be accessed from Brockham. No idea of geography nor technical aspects of whether possible or not though)

There was an article on drill or drop some time ago indicating that Europa had withdrawn the planning app for holmewood. Was never any follow up or comment. I suspect that something happening

I think this shows that the BoD are protecting the interests of the shareholders. There will be a day of reckoning at some point in the future where debt is restructured. But this will be much better for shareholders if done when shareprice higher after NCC decisions are out, OPEC decision clear end of of Nov and maybe even some news of testing of flow rates etc in the spring.. Timing is everything. Still worried re the NCC decision. Can the committee deny the application on grounds that they feel the company is in financial difficulty? Gonna be interesting. Wonder if some handover to Egdon would help in this regard
