Presumably Tidswell will need to provide some info on why he wants these changes. Can't just propose a change without providing a justification. Therefore I assume we'll get some info in due course (whether accurate or not is another matter). Think we'll also see both sides trying to undertake some PR. From Vonks side this would be details of the investigation? And then hoping good results Brockham and clear forward plan / new appointments. On analysing why the proposed new board members want it or have been suggested. Good to know their background but also might be just a case of them being mates. Also, non oil execs might suit tidswell so he can take control of tech aspects without interference Going to be b interesting.

With the troubles at Angus, and their deal with Ya effectively putting a cap on potential rises, Alba now definately a better investment at the moment. And the money from HH keeps rolling in. Surprised more ANGS people haven't come across here.

Looks pretty similar to Bergen to me. A case of Vonk covering his bases should Brockham not be stellar. Should have let PIs in on the game though. If Brockham comes in should get back to 12.5 but then rises will be muted by YA selling in. If Brockham doesn't give results then back down to 4-5p. Mean's upside limited (although still a nice 40% ish from here) but guarantees company has backup plan. There's logic to it but is painful.

Likely that will come down to big stakeholders in a vote jtp and other big holders have about 22% of company. A lot depends who's side these are on. We can expect some manoeuvring over the coming weeks ahead of the vote. Results of jtp investigation have to be released

Vonk is guilty of over enthusiasm and missed deadlines. Not great but not a disaster. The bigger issue for me is shafting PIs repeatedly before news with the fundraising. All he would have had to do is open a % of these up publicly and I think would have been ok so we could all benefit along the way rather than just the city boys. Devil and the deep blue sea now. Of its Vonk or Tidswell then I'd stick with Vonk

Theory. If the investigation into Tidswell was going to come back negative and he was for the boot, and he knows this, maybe good way out is to manipulate his own exit. Can then say he delivered Brockham but left due to disagreement with BoD - and also make some cash from the drop today.

Tidswell is ops manager. He's the one directly responsible for Brockham. Seems to me now like he has a conflict of interest. If I were vonk I wouldn't want him anywhere near the place.

Two ways of seeing this a) Tidswell and other not happy with fundraise timing and reacting; or b) tidswell knows that he vulnerable after producing Brockham. Can be replaced / kicked out after summer share shenanigans. Think I'm coming round to supporting vonk and the board. But who shot JR?

Issue is same as for last placing. Why not wait for results and then ask fund raise through the PI's. Not working to our interests. I'd like to see the lot gone

Re the op update I suspect that with the move to qrtrly reporting the report date will shift to mid month. Just a hunch but that's my experience with orgs that report per q. Re reserves, they've said all year that Mariposa alone was going to require an upgrade of figures at year end. Anyone know when and how this is done. Is it tied to financial year end - I'm which case we can expect I'm April? Is it tied to any official process?

Good tweet from Duque. Very significant that he's so publicly supportive imo. Just been re-listening to the AGM presentation. JW talks CPO5 from 25 mins. Describes Mariposa as 'full to spill'. Emphasises possible links between the fields and the faults coming down from neighbouring blocks also interesting that he notes (around 26mins) that AMER wants to be operator and is in discussion to take this on after the nitial 3 well prog (indico,sol, águila). Pp. Thanks for sharing. Yes, certainly does look interesting! The entire region looks awash with high producing fields. Difficult not to be anything other than optimistic when seeing what else is out there and producing nearby. Issue was always speed/progress and that's why I think the immediate additional drills are key (and pushing sol-1 too).. The Amer presentation in May ( link below) gives representation of the SE prospects as being way bigger than indico (Mirador and Caño Bravo). Not sure if this is based on 2D, was artistic licence in the presentation as unknown - or highlights that they were downplaying indico (or have been surprised by what they've found). Them starting work earlier than mentioned in the last RNS l think lends credence to the idea that they were waiting on something (equipment, approval etc). Seems that whatever they were waiting for happened sooner than anticipated so they decided to crack on

Agreed that broader update would be good. The director buyins now - ahead of quarterly figures - are a good sign that either a) no worries elsewhere; or b) that the indico stuff is so significant that for time being the rest is on the back burner and cpo5 is what will drive us forwards
