It is also worth considering that with Darkside being part of the old regime that MB's decision to sell it could be due to concerns about leakage of information. Hopefully this was not one of the reasons for the sale.

Coms referred to the sale of all the other parts of the business that were sold to Timico as the "Telecom Services Division", therefore I guess it is consistent to refer to Darkside as the "Media Division". We had previously discussed the fact that Darkside was likely to be sold due to the fact that it was not part of the core business. Also in view of the fact that it actually managed to make a loss last year selling it to Darkside's Management for a nominal fee rids COMS of the what MB clearly sees as a distraction in addition to being loss making. Under the heading of Disputes and Potential Litigation in the Final Results RNS on 31/7/15 there was a whole range of contentious issues listed between COMS and DB, therefore it is excellent news to know that these have been resolved. MB is clearly excited about the prospects afforded by the Core Business and now that the major distractions are out of the way this enables the Company to concentrate on building and developing Redstone. All in all, it is a very encouraging update.

Not even the most optimistic shareholder would consider your suggested SP Weasel, unless there is a 10 for 1 consolidation. However, 3p EOY - 100% up on the current SP is realistic.

Does anyone know of any AIM Technology Shares where following the announcement of a placing the SP has remained at more than double the placing price in the weeks and months that followed? Should it remain around at more than double the placing price, would not some of the institutions who have taken part sell and realise their 100%+ profit?

Well done to those who took profits over 15p on the spike , however an exit now at around 9p is still likely to be preferential to what might be achieved in a week or twos time. All the best, whatever you decide.

What a SURPRISE!!! No one sold 5m shares at 8am this morning. Someone like Richard Bennett is highly unlikely to sell in a dip that has been shares marked down across the world.

Koolervanme Thank you for reminding us of so many of the KEY POINTS from some of the recent RNS's. These are the hard facts that shareholders and prospective investors need to know. Please keep up the good work. This is now a very different company under the new BoD and already during this first stage of the recovery we are up by 200%, a FACT that is overlooked by the trolls, who have a very unhealthy obsession with wanting this company to fail and now pop up from under the bridge whenever there is a retrace. These sad people really ought to get a life.

This is not meant to be patronising but is necessary in view of some of the questions that are being asked here. Those who claim to be COMS Shareholders can easily keep up to date with information about the company by reading its RNS's. If that is too much like hard work then you will be able to find the answers to simple questions by asking Google. You will find the answers and it will prevent you looking either lazy or incompetent by asking them here. On 29th May the following was part of the RNS released by COMS. Board Change "Stephen Foster has resigned his position as a non-executive director of the Company and the Board would like to thank Stephen for his contribution since he joined the board in June 2013."

Katie I don't believe that anyone here is ignoring you. After what has happened here in the last year, I think we are all very wary about sharing opinions that reflect over confidence and therefore considerable restraint is now being shown by the vast majority of posters here. Any investment and particularly those on the AIM are risky. The risk can bring great reward but equally can result in disaster. Those who bought at 0.45 and those who took part in the O.O. took a big risk, which has been handsomely rewarded. All we can do is read the RNS's, gauge why the directors are buying lots of shares and make an informed decision based on our own research. We should never buy, sell or hold, based on opinions shares on a BB. If you are not confident about what to do then please follow the advice given by Adrift in her final paragraph.

Adrift78 Thanks for alerting me to this. Yesterday I sent MB a Connect request, (which he accepted) based on me being a COMS Shareholder and the site interpreted this incorrectly. LOL. Had you not spotted this my profile would have been wrong for some time as I rarely use it. I have now corrected the error and updated my status. I don't get many profile views and was going to reply to you or send a Connect Invite, but your settings prevent this. I may well change mine! Thanks for doubling my usual number of monthly profile views LOL :)

Adrift78 Now that really is an astonishing question as you and numerous others on this BB know who I worked for on a full time basis, a job that I was in for almost 31 years until retiring a few months ago. Therefore the answer to your question is an emphatic, "NO". I did attend their AGM's in 2013 and 2014 but alas, that does not make me an employee of the company. THIS BB REALLY SHOULD BE FOR POSTING ABOUT COMS AND NOT ABOUT PEOPLE WHO POST ON IT.
