At the end of 2014 Henderson's managed a massive £81.2 Billion. Henderson's decision to invest over £2.3 Million in COMS shows a massive degree of confidence in the company and should be a major boost for every shareholder. For me, this is one of the most encouraging pieces of news that we have had since last summer. This combined with other encouraging RNS's since we offloaded the lossmaking side of the business should see should see a further improvement in sentiment and a push towards 2p in the short term.

James It was good to meet up today and chat about the acquisition of Connect IB. Thank for the link to their website. Having viewed it and the smart technology that they use, it is clear to see how this fits so well with Redstone. It also opens doors to many new clients who are more than likely to be interested in Redstone's Smart Building solutions.

It makes a nice change for him to use phrases such as "Very impressed" "Wonderful job" and "Hats off" when talking about the COMS CEO.

Unfortunately the trend appears to be a downward one. 4p - 5p does appear to be where this is heading unless some transformational news is announced.

Pinn's website says that Ian Winn is Pnn's Finance Director, not Darron Giddens. Is this why Darron's holdings do not show up in Directors Deals?

Perhaps another Director Buy? If so another RNS will be due.

I reckon the MM's knew the placing was coming and manipulated the price upwards to stuff the poor PI's once again. So glad I got out of this when it was the old EVO at 1.49p although should have got out at 4.4p.

Today's RNS shows HH selling 50,000 which were sold yesterday. I see another 200,000 were sold late today. No doubt HH again. It appears that they may well have lost patience and are bailing out. If this continues the SP will plummet.

The low point of around 0.4p to 2p was a 400% rise. Therefore, as this is an AIM share, it was to be expected that there would be a treeshake and I'm sure the 40% pull back was not a massive surprise to most AIM investors, especially considering the recent turbulence in the markets. The fact that we have so soon got back to a close of 1.75p (Just 12.5%) down from the 2p level is testament to the new strength and stability of the company and the confidence that investors now see in it. We know that nothing ever goes up in a straight line and after future rises there will no doubt be further pull backs. However as long general trend continues upwards then Long Term Investors will benefit. Traders will try and sell on what they think are the highs and buy at the lows, however with a company like COMS this is very hard to predict. I though you might say that!!! However, in this case is was just a coincidence that I mentioned the term "Significant Contract" yesterday. Hopefully this will be the first of many. Don't tell DB, he might want to buy some!!! LOL

Darron Giddens appears to be the Finance Director at Pinn. Today's RNS disclosed that Darron Giddens now holds over 3% of Pinn shares, a total of 3,890,931. I assume that the extra 2,343,312 were picked up at 4.2p in the placing. If so, then surely this should have been mentioned in the Directors Dealing's and Holding's RNS on 12/2/2016 or am I missing something.

In 2015 the Final Results were understandably late on 31st July, especially when you consider that the end of the COMS financial year is on 31st January. In the 2 previous years the Final results were on 7/6/2013 & 9/6/2014. Now that we have a competent FD, I would hope that the Final results would be released in the first week of June or perhaps even earlier. We know that Redstone's trading has been robust with high levels in the pipeline. Should one of the pipeline deals be significant then we may see a "Contract Win RNS". Of course, if one of those is on the way, the directors will not be permitted to buy any more shares.

I'm sure they are different people. 6SeriesM still posts on LSE and his posts tend to be statements. He also does his own research and never asks questions. Katie is quite the opposite.

We need to sign and publicise this petition far and wide so that legislation is brought in requiring MM's to correctly declare whether a trade is a buy or sell. With modern technology it can hardly be a difficult thing to do. Today's quoted buys and sells on COMS was so inaccurate it was a joke. His purchase of these 150,000 shares at least caused a temporary rise in the SP enabling some to sell at a higher price. However it's very unlikely that he will keep doing this if the southerly trend continues toward the placing price. 3 weeks ago when the SP was 9p I asked the following question: Does anyone know of any AIM Technology Shares where following the announcement of a placing the SP has remained at more than double the placing price in the weeks and months that followed? No answers were received therefore if PINN can avoid going any lower, it will certainly be a unique AIM share.

Is there anything in place to prevent the Institutions who participated in the 4.2p placing from selling their shares tomorrow and banking a tidy 90% profit???

Rochelle( The COMS SP was NOT 2p last week, it was last at 2p (Intra-day) on 6th January, over 5 weeks ago. Its recent close was 1.28p on January 26th & 27th and since then it has steadied even whilst the blue chip stocks have struggled. The vast majority of us who post here are shareholders and therefore have positive expectations. Therefore by asking us what to do with your investment who are not going to get independent unbiased financial advice. With only 3 posts to your name your name I assume that you are a new investor. The only advise I would give you is to do your own research, obtain Independent Financial Advice and never make your investment decisions based on what you read on these forums.
