Adrift78 Now that really is an astonishing question as you and numerous others on this BB know who I worked for on a full time basis, a job that I was in for almost 31 years until retiring a few months ago. Therefore the answer to your question is an emphatic, "NO". I did attend their AGM's in 2013 and 2014 but alas, that does not make me an employee of the company. THIS BB REALLY SHOULD BE FOR POSTING ABOUT COMS AND NOT ABOUT PEOPLE WHO POST ON IT.

Silver420 and I had many phone calls with him and I echo everything that Silver has said in his post below. We were seriously misled. How else can an expected profits of £5.4m turn into a loss of £15.1m in the space of about 10 weeks? I doubt that even total incompetence and ineptitude could achieve that. Then there are the transformational contracts that never materialised. I could go on but it has all been said before and all the old posts are there if anyone is bothered to read them. I am getting tired of saying this, but it is time to put the past behind us look to the future. Saveloy1 was spot on when he said it is time to "LET IT GO".

Wearzel On Aug 16 this COMS was 0.45p and you referred as a Crock of Sh ite. Well your crock of Sh ite is currently up 300%. You got that spectacularly wrong and should consider that in the post-DB era that COMS is a very different company, with a BoD that are all singing from the same hymn sheet. You may well benefit from doing some research on MB before making any further predictions.

The last time I looked at the SP here it was over 14p and everything was very positive, fortunately I lost interest and didn't make an investment. What has happened to bring it down to below 1p? Is there any scope for a recovery here?

Worzel There has been no bickering related to the CURRENT state of COMS (only re historical comments) and why would there be when the SP has risen from 0.45 to almost 2p in just over 4 months. Therefore, please find somewhere more appropriate to stick your red flag.

It was not only me, but we all believed a lie and got taken for a ride. It is not possible to achieve fame on these boards as we are anonymous. 3. "Moving on" as I have said before, does not relate to selling up your shares, but not continually harping back to comments that were made in another era. 4. Now you are telling me to move on. Rather hypocritical in view of your 3rd point. I am an LTH, having been here for 3 years and have no intention of leaving just as the recovery is beginning. Now that would be foolish. I have sought to be polite in my posts. It is a shame that you could not do likewise rather than resort to insults.

Adrift, I don't think you got the "drift" of my "moving on" comments. I am not asking you to move on from COMS as I know full well that you are a LTH here. All I am asking is for you to accept the apologies that I have made for being hoodwinked by someone that we all once thought was the best thing since sliced bread and to stop bringing up the past and instead look to the future. This BB should be used for talking about the COMS Recovery and not having a go at fellow shareholders.

For those of you who are not signed up on S. Proph's, here is Zak's piece: It can be said of the recovery at Coms that this really was a situation where the technicals have led the fundamentals, something which is said on the basis of the magnitude of the post December recovery we have been treated to so far. The key to the revival here has been the extended base, after the massive gap to the downside in February, an event which at the time appeared to suggest that the company could have serious fundamental problems. However, courtesy of the long base building process and the way that the shares managed to do this via a cup and handle reversal formation, over the past month we have been treated to a near vertical comeback. The point to remember now is that given the cup and handle, one of the strongest formations in the charting book we can be highly ambitious as far as how high the near term rally could stretch. The favoured destination at this point is the top of a wide rising trend channel from February, with its resistance line projection heading as high as 3.5p over the next 4-6 weeks. This is valid while there is no end of day close back below the 10 day moving average at 1.62p.

Adrift, For the record I will repeat my post from 17/4/2015 below: "There is a suggestion that prior to DB resigning that COMS had a buyer for the Redstone part of the business for £10m, but agreement could not be reached to sell it. I have no idea if this is correct. However, IF it is correct, then why was it not sold (at what would have been a profit on the purchase price) and at a price which is now in excess of the M/Cap of the entire company? I would also like to know if there have been changes to the BoD with some directors either leaving or arriving. IF this has occurred, then I would have expected to hear about this via an RNS, rather than on the rumour mill. eg. Is Stephen Foster still with COMS??? Today, due to Press speculation, the BoD's hand was forced into issuing the RNS. However, perhaps we are due some other RNS's also. In my honest opinion, I am left wondering if for some reason we are not being given information that should have been released. I look forward to finding out if any of the above is true. If it is then I would also like to know why release of the news has been delayed". Now 9 months on we have the answers. Today M/Cap of Redstone and Darkside (ie. COMS) is over £28.1m. Therefore not selling it for £10m back then was an inspired decision. Had the sale gone ahead then almost certainly COMS would now be bust. The rumours of Stephen Foster having left COMS were indeed true but it took months before this came out in an RNS. I believe that at that time these were fair questions to ask and debate on this forum. However they are no longer relevant due to the massive changes that have taken place. NOW PLEASE. A78 Please explain how I am being smug? I am simply pleased for ALL of us that we appear to be on the road to recovery. Believe me it was not a pleasant experience to be lied to and fed information that was miles wide of the mark. I have previously apologised for allowing myself to be the bearer of that information but you seem to keep harping back to the past. For goodness sake put that behind you, move on and look to the future.

With the 300% rise that we have seen in the last 18 weeks each passing day sees more of the LTH's breaking even or getting close to doing so especially those who were brave enough to average down and the participated in the OO. Inevitably after such a rise we will get some tree shakes and pull backs, but there could well be some further upside first.
