I agree no one knows....
Its why I said its my "My hunch/instinct"
We know they have been huge sellers circ 50,000,000 shares last couple of months
Taking maybe a loss of 1p on every share they have sold recently
Why are they doing this what's your thoughts?

Soory its 800k - 1,200k shares a day sold over a 2 - 3 month period

Milton had at the last placing 118,666,000 Shares
Last RNS they were down to 69,000,000 Shares
So over the last few months they have sold 49,666,000 Shares
so between 300k - 500K per day over the last 2 - 3 months
We all no QFI shares have very little liquidity so they are slowly feeding into the market
(I would also guess they have not been able to offload to any other II )
So The questions are they going to keep selling??
My hunch/instinct is they will...if im correct the SP will stay around this level till they have finished 2-4 months
Should some really good news happen they will just offload more as and when they can.
When they came onboard early 2021 many timeline were given everyone was excited about the future these timelines have been subsequently revised and still no concrete news. They have lost faith in the managements ability to control projects and the commercials which is why they are selling.

Latin America, Quadrise and its local agents, E&PC, are progressing discussions with several candidate sites in Panama and Honduras to trial MSAR® and bioMSAR™ later in 2022 at a power plant equipped with Wärtsilä diesel engines,

Mexico, Documentation is being prepared for one of the sites identified that could lead to a demonstration of MSAR® refinery refueling on a fuel oil consuming unit later in 2022.

Morocco, As previously announced by the Company, the first of the Moroccan site trials will be at "Site B", which accounts for around one third of the client's annual HFO consumption, where 60mt of MSAR® will be combusted on one of the client's industrial units. A smaller trial of bioMSAR™ will also take place on the same unit after the MSAR® test. The Quadrise trial equipment is in Morocco, and production of the fuel will commence upon signature of the updated agreement. The Site B trial is expected to conclude in Q3 2022.

MSC, May or June, Quadrise and MSC Shipmanagement continue to progress finalisation of an agreement covering the LONO trial programme aboard MSC container shipping vessels and the subsequent commercial framework, following a positive meeting recently with MSC executive management in Cyprus.

We can confirm that we recently met with a group of QFI PIs at our London office and the notes are a fair record of discussions.

We the Shareholder are very frustrated with the lack of progress that the company has made over the passed few month. with any of the main projects, MSC, Utah and Morocco. AlthoughQFI have had a number of very positive meeting with these prospect both overseas and on teams nothing has been signed on time but if this slips a quarter or 2 SO BE IT. We know preparation are ongoing for the wonderful additional testing of BioMSAR as results of this will be published on time. Yet again QFI had a fabulous meeting 3 months ago in sunny Cyprus and although 18 months late things should start moving forward sometime in the next 12 months but if it drifts a year or 2 SO BE IT .......
