So what do we think will happen now?

I believe the 4 weeks timetable was genuine with the feedback they were getting from all three projects at the time we were informed. I been there myself. However QFI really needs to stop giving out timeline which have a chance of not being achieve or qualify better what may or may not happen.

I suspect two or three project will come good over the next few weeks. I have no doubt they have been putting huge effect into advancing these projects to a signing stage but must remember they have little control over there timelines.

Both Jason and the new Chairman need to sort this out asap they as much as PI need this over the line. In the future once they have a number of project running I’m sure they will be able to dictate and control the timetable better.
Watch this space I think we will be in a better place end of May

Just emailed Jason with the below message. Like many tired of waiting and deadlines passing, so rather then reading daily everyones thoughts, think its better to ask Jason directly and post his reply should I get one.

One day to go and a business month will have passed following on from your live presentation on 1st April to Investors.

I appreciate each of the 3 main projects have moving parts many of which are outside your control.
However you strongly eluded at the recent presentation that ongoing discussion should bring all of these projects to a clear milestone point within the month of April. Having just listened again to the broadcast it was along the line “ What we are looking to do is conclude all three projects (MSC, Utah and Morocco) and bring them to a head”…….Signed off within the month.

I know we still have tomorrow for these 3 announcements to happen! Believe me I will be on my computer at 7am in anticipation. Should in the unlikely event this not happen what should PI do?
The feeling from the presentation I and many PI had is finally you and the team were a little more in control of these project and you comfortably believe you would get them over the line within the month. I actually thought you had fat in the month and we may have had an announcement within the first couple of weeks I was wrong on this!

Jason you announced the timeline of within the month, so what’s going on?

I agree I'm sure they are doing everything to get signed these contract and yes many things are outside their control. Think everyone understands this. However Jason plus new chairman should manage our expectations better and qualify their time lines. I would have build fat into the statement. Rather than saying it will happen in 4 weeks I would say something along the lines..... We believe all 3 contracts are good and will be signed sometime in the next 4-12 weeks. This give then fat should issues arise if they all come through in the first 6 weeks we think they are great....

Thanks for reminding us. They never seemed to build contingency into these short deadline, which showed me they were confident that these signing would happen within the month. I really cant believe they will all happen within the next 5 days, I hope I'm wrong. We all need to move forward.

Thought I would listen again to the call at the end of March from Jason

I personally get excited every time I listen. Im sure they would not have said this unless they were very confident on achieving these results....Couple of weeks we will know

I've been waiting for a year now, waiting to feel confident that good news will flow. After Jason update last week I've done a couple of 250k and 300k top-ups but today woke up feeling should news flow over the next 2 quarters I would hope the SP will finally rise....Seems like a good bet to me hence my purchase.

That unknown is mine at 1,763,433 and is a purchase

Fyoz I would generally agree. However in my case I hold for me a significant number of shares in QFI and have managed to average my price to approx 3.5p but still will only get excited if and when 20p or 50p+ is reached...Not interested in cashing out at say 7p (100%)

All this chat about the SP moving 1p or 2p or will we break through 2or 3p....Wake me up when it moves 20 or 50p+ thats why i've held onto the shares. Im so bored reading post about it moving by pennies both up and down.
QFI has only moved down in reality over the last few year and is now dancing either side of 2p. As many have said we need some very positive news and commercial contracts being signed, once this happens 2p will be a distant memory

A good example of this are my 2 trades which have just been published a sale 950,000 from my taxable portfolio and 1,003,220 approx purchase into an ISA.... Volume of 2m which is purely moving from 1 account into another by the same person. What effect should this have on the SP zero!

100% agree....
Additionally its the new tax year so many will either be selling accumulated taxable QFI shares and re-purchasing or just buying up to £20k of share approx 1m into there new ISA.... Nothing unusual about this happens each year...and we also get all the posts each year about traded volume and will it go up by a 1p or so ........

I was under the impression the cash was running out at the end of 2022, so very pleased to see it will last through to H2 2023
