I'm in the same boat April and Q2 should be interesting. Very much looks like everything is coming into line. Im hopeful for the other new projects however really pleased that Jason gave a very short timetable to move forward with all of the current projects. Fingers crossed the next 4-12 weeks could be a real gamechanger for all

I posted a couple of weeks back my reply from Jason when I suggested the company should be put up for sale. By the day I'm becoming more frustrated by the management team. Last year Q1 when raising money RNS's galore and if I remember correctly comments when asked that the team was 90% + one or more of these projects would be commercial on time so high confidence was read into the views of the QFI Team.
I think its appalling month after month our money is being burnt with no real understanding what is going on.......Leading us to surmise all 3 project have stalled the team will run out of money and no doubt the new managment team will come up with another plan needing more time and more money. My vote is to put QFI up for sale NOW

The last couple of years Ive been very excited about QFI....However over the last quarter have come very disillusioned.....Up toJanuary I was up every morning at 7am looking to see if an RNS had been published..Last few weeks not even bothered to look.....Im sure if some good news comes everyone will be posting positive comments. For now Ive written off the investment and will not support any more fundings. Additionally not interest in another plan moving forward from the news team

We met with the FM last week. To summarise, all projects are still in play albeit some are more frustrating than others.

MSC has been focussed on bioMSAR since the second half of last year due to the OEMs, and a new LONO would have been needed for MSAR irrespective. Glycerine supply for current plans and LONO is certainly not an issue.

The new arrivals are helping, but will take some time to settle in. World events such as these don’t always help given the uncertainties, but high oil prices focus the mind re potential savings.

I just don't understand all of this, so I've emailed Jason and asked if there was a meeting and any truth in wants been posted.
What I don't understand only 2 weeks ago Jason emailed me saying all was going ahead and would RNS when appropriate. Todays message is very different!

I agree.....Months and Months with no news what are all the employees actually doing. If they are engaging and working on the 3 projects we 100% should have had news by now....

Maybe its a closed period...With news to come

Following my reply from Jason what can we learn from this response.

No interest in putting the business up for sale and really believes all 3 current projects are still progressing with vigour. Hopes to update all with substantive news asap. So no real change except confirming all 3 projects are still all moving forward.

Thats good enough for me just need to sit back and wait

I can only assure you that we are progressing all of the projects with vigour. These need to be converted into agreements asap at which point we can update shareholders with substantive news.

At Quadrise, we are all driven to deliver the positive news that loyal shareholders such as you deserve asap, and now is certainly not the time to sell the company.

We are now approaching March 2022 and still no commercial news on any of the current project.

Need I remind you one year ago when asking institutional and Private Investors to fund further the company we were told the following Morocco. You had a contingency plan for sourcing an alternative site for MSAR. Manufacturing which was being progressed. And the industrial trial was scheduled H1 2021 followed by phase 2 in Q2 April-June 2021.
Utah sounded like you were progressing with c100t MSAR trail planned for H1 2021.
MSC one or more trails planned for H2 2021.

So the above was all the positive news communicated to all in Q1 2021 We’ve paid up you raised the £6.5m+……Everyone was pleased and genuinely excited for the next 12 months expecting a good new flow.

What is going on no meaningful updates still everyone is really in the dark as to what’s happening.
The few video updates we had in recent months don’t really have any concrete answers as to why QFI is not progressing these project with vigor or what constituency you have.
As you know I’m a Long Term Holder been very supportive and patient in the passed, however the current delays and complete lack of any real tangible news on the above is beginning to worry myself and other co-Investors. I’m beginning to wonder if a better road forward is just to sell the company?

Just wondered what everyone's thoughts are on additional funding before any of the current projects are commercial?

Yet again a new NON- Executive Chairman is onboard and his first real message is looking at the runway of cash??

Personal will not be happy with a new plan addition monies required and longer timetable 10+ years is long enough for me they have to progress the current project to commercialization

Firstly I'm a LTH and have for me a large position (All in )
I've supported all funding's in recent years and so on and still believe all will come good

In the last year when we have news its usually about a delay
Worries again about additional funding
No news .....

If Jason really still believe the current opportunities are live and more than likely to happen I would call a conference and explain the current situations in detail...to calm the ship which is what I think is the situation today. If I'm wrong and they all look like they are going to fall away, I would be trying to sell the company....

Compelling post why does the rest of the world just stand around and not engage with QFI with speed and get some commercial sorted.....What are we not understanding?
