Sadly I spent the last hour doing a little homework listening and reading all the Q&A from the March/April call.
Very positive call with words like immanent, Defiantly on track - Revenues second half of the year 22.
We all are waiting for any very positive news on all the project, we are getting very close to EOY so Friday should really give us a steer on everything. Acutely aware a funding needs to happen soon Dec- April period well before all the money has gone, this really needs to be undertaken with a higher SP so we need that news.

Since the new chairman has arrived I've noticed few RNS's. Personally many of the timelines I've posted I don't think they will RNS they will just update us collectively on an Investor call seems to be the current trend....Just a thought

MSC
Pilot-scale marine testing shortly to be completed in Italy in early Q4, managed by Wärtsilä.
The project team have inspected the MSAR® systems previously installed for the Maersk tests to ensure the unit is ready for fuel testing, and commissioning tests are scheduled to be completed during the coming weeks.
Proof-of-concept ("POC") tests aboard the Leandra are planned for Q1 2023
Confirmation of the vessel route and the MSAR® / bioMSAR™ bunker supply point and partner will be made in Q4 2022,
The first operational LONO trial on bioMSAR™ is expected to be completed by the second half of next year.
As the trials progress positively Quadrise, MSC and other key stakeholders expect to commence discussions for the commercial supply of bioMSAR™ and MSAR® to MSC's global fleet.
Successful trial results will also facilitate negotiations for the supply of our technology to other shipping companies
Morocco

The future use of sequestered CO2 for enhanced oil recovery in Utah could result in a low carbon MSAR® or bioMSAR™ VLSFO alternative that would have compelling competitive advantages, especially for the marine sector.
Americas
the National Oil Company supporting the implementation of MSAR® technology at a number of their refineries, together with documentation for one of the sites to carry out a demonstration of MSAR® refinery refuelling on a fuel oil boiler and/or fired heater in 2023.
Outlook.
The refining sector is adapting to changes in renewable fuel demand, with many refineries in the developed world investing in biofuel production. Major energy companies are also heavily investing in decarbonisation initiatives, an example being the recent $2.75bn acquisition of the Renewable Energy Group by Chevron in June 2022.
The IMO and the Maritime Environment Protection Committee (MEPC) policy goal is to cut annual greenhouse gas emissions in shipping by at least 40% by 2030, pursuing a 70% reduction by 2050.

Quadrise (AIM:QFI), the supplier of MSAR® and bioMSAR™ emulsion technology and fuels, is pleased to announce the extension of the Exclusive Global Collaboration and Emulsifiers Sales Agreement ("Agreement") with Nouryon, a global specialty chemicals leader, for the exclusive supply of goods, services and IP for future MSAR® and bioMSAR™ projects. The Agreement, the terms of which were announced on 8 October 2019, will now run for a further three years to October 2025.

If you look at how few RNS's have been published since the new Chairman was appointed. I think they have decided there is little point in announcing everything that has or is going to happen as it will have no upward lift on the share price and util a commercial contract is signed there is little point in shouting about little event . Just a thought

£60m losses can be used again the small type of business/income stream ..... So if WHsmiths acquired QFI the losses could only be used on the QFI part of the business

Your dreaming. No way will a dividend be paid so early, think it through!!
Hopefully if one or all the projects go live, I would hope this would generate many more enquires all of which will need Investment both money and time.
QFI will be recruiting many more people moving into expansion mode, plus I would suggest investing significantly more in our future net zero products.
If I was the CEO a strong balance sheet with cash sitting in the bank would be a priority. We have had far too much dilution with passed funding rounds.
Great to speculate however we still have a long way to go.
