Last year I bought into this stock by mistake. I meant to purchase Velocys and bough this instead once I realised read up on the company and decided to keep the holding. very happy with that decision

So the above from Jason is very clear to me. Yes delays however A NUMBER OF CLIENTS WILL BE COMMERCIAL THIS YEAR. I also suspect Americas will catchup :)

An Apology I think....Why we could not have had this a week earlier?

Commenting on project status, Jason Miles, Chief Executive Officer of QFI, said:

January 2023 project status:

· Morocco - Following previously reported delays, the bioMSAR™ fuel arrived at the client site during December. The MSAR® fuel is currently at Moroccan customs, awaiting final clearance. Quadrise visited the client site earlier this month to progress the engineering set-up and to expedite the project actions once Moroccan customs have been cleared. We anticipate that the remaining logistical issues will be resolved this month so that the trial can then proceed as planned. Quadrise expects a successful trial to be followed thereafter by discussions to conclude a commercial fuel supply agreement in H1 2023 as planned.



· Utah - Commercial discussions for the supply of a license and manufacturing unit to enable Valkor to produce MSAR® and bioMSAR™ are progressing well, with the Company working towards execution of definitive agreements in Q1 2023.



· MSC - Completion of MSC's vessel preparations for the Proof of Concept and Letter of No Objection trials are now scheduled for Q2 2023. Discussions continue with third party fuel suppliers pursuant to the production of the fuels for the vessel trials and for future commercial fuel supply agreements.



· bioMSAR™ and Blend-on-Board - Following successful completion of the bioMSAR™ tests in Italy in December 2022, Wärtsilä is now finalising the test reports which will be available for commercial purposes in Q1 2023. Separately, work continues under the Joint Development Agreement with Vertoro to investigate the use of their Crude Sugar Oils as an alternative biofuel feedstock for bioMSAR™, costs for which are now supported by the EU Innovation Fund.



Supporting our longer-term ambitions of producing a net-zero biofuel solution by 2030, RDI work continues on our bioMSAR™ Zero solution at our QRF laboratory with a number of renewable fuel counterparties.



Diesel engine testing on bioMSAR™ and other fuel/biofuel formulations to support the Quadrise Blend-on-Board solution is in progress at Aquafuel, with the results from this activity still expected in Q1 2023.



· Americas - Quadrise and its local agents are actively pursuing trial and commercial supply agreements with candidate power generation clients in Panama and Honduras and are in discussions with a large refinery in the Caribbean in addition to ongoing efforts to progress activities in Mexico during H1 2023.

Its nearly a year since I last emailed and below are some of our passed messages many still prevalent today.

This is just one small part from these emails:-

“What is going on no meaningful updates still everyone is really in the dark as to what’s happening.
The few video updates we had in recent months don’t really have any concrete answers as to why QFI is not progressing these project with vigor or what constituency you have.
As you know I’m a Long Term Holder been very supportive and patient in the passed, however the current delays and complete lack of any real tangible news on the above is beginning to worry myself and other co-Investors. I’m beginning to wonder if a better road forward is just to sell the company?”

The general feeling is still we seem to be going through an annual cycles. Each year a couple of positive investor video update from you all leaving us feeling everything is in hand and we are very nearly there. Then we have complete silence any deadline given missed and ignored.

As CEO please can you give some real thought to better and more frequent updates especially if you own announced deadlines on any project are missed. Uncertainty only leads to doubt.

Personally I really think the loyal shareholders deserve better and more frequent updates. I would hope we are not in a situation where in a few months the Share Price is still at the current level and you are doing yet another funding. Should this be likely I would reiterate what I said a year ago. Put QFI up for sale.
If you see below your comments last year you was now NOT the time to sell. My answer to this is get QFI commercial project live, delivery what has been promised so many times or put the company up for sale.

The lack of news is staggering. Do we think its because their is :-
1) No news in the pipe line
2) All quiet as imminent news is about to brake

Year after year I read the posts covering exactly the same agendas
Pay yes some of the Board are paid to much for a none commercial entity. Their's little we can do about it, so either live with it or sell your shares, I live with it because of the huge upside should everything come good.
Options fine by themself however very generous as executive pay is top end, ditto my comments above

This is the decisive year for me. I held QFI for more than 10 years have accumulated well over 10m shares. I will not support anymore funding rounds, I will be selling this year some or all of my holding. If we have some good RNS's and the SP goes north I will sell a few millions to brake even. If nothing has moved forward by the end of H1 2023 I will slowly sell everything in H2

WongaFc and all other QFI shareholders.
For the last few years I said I give it one more year at about this time, looks like I'm going to have to repeat myself again. We always seems to have something just around the corner?

This is a good reminder about what a prize we could end up getting

"We are not presenting forecasts at this stage. However, as a rough guide, based on data from the company, our scenario analysis calculates that even modest adoption of MSAR could generate material revenues and take the company to sustainable profitability. For example, adoption across only 8% of MSC’s global fleet could generate around $106m in licence revenues and require minimal capex."

Quadrise is currently engaged in three key trial programmes which, if successful, could potentially start to generate commercial revenues from H1 CY23 onwards. These are (1) with MSC Shipmanagement (MSC), part of the world’s largest shipping line, which is looking for environmentally friendly bunker fuels, (2) with a large Moroccan industrials group for on-site use and (3) creation of a multi-purpose low-sulphur fuel or biofuel from surface oil sands and sub-surface heavy oil in Utah. Management estimates that the group has sufficient cash to reach commercial revenues in H1 CY23 and to cover project expenditure and fixed costs up to early H2 CY23, although additional funding may be required to bridge the gap to sustainable cash generation from H2 CY24 onwards.

Should this not be H2 CY23?

I thought it was a good AGM obviously disappointed with further delays however to balance that I really believe we are months away from a flow of good news and not quarters and half year etc....Genuinely thought their was integrity and honesty from the board while I was at the AGM sadly I had to leave at 1pm for an appointment in Harley Street. While in the taxi I purchased another 250,000 shares :)

· Morocco - In June 2022, Quadrise signed a new Material Transfer & Cooperation Agreement with the client. The initial industrial demonstration test is now scheduled to be completed next month. Upon success, the parties will enter discussions for potential commercial supply, with a view to signing a fuel supply agreement in the first quarter of calendar year 2023.

· MSC - In July 2022, Quadrise signed a Framework Agreement with MSC Shipmanagement ("MSC") to carry out trials of bioMSAR™ and MSAR® with a view to the commercial supply of one or both fuels to MSC's global fleet. Proof-of-concept tests are planned for H1 2023, following which MSC will run Letter of No Objection trials starting with bioMSAR™. Discussions are now underway with third parties regarding the production of the fuel for the trials. With positive trial progression, Quadrise, MSC, and other key stakeholders expect to commence discussions for commercial supply to MSC's fleet in H2 2023.

· Utah - In April 2022, Quadrise entered into a Commercial Development Agreement with Valkor Technologies LLC to commercialise both MSAR® and bioMSAR™ at its projects in Utah. The Company is targeting a commercial agreement by the end of January for the licensed supply of a Manufacturing Unit to provide fuel for MSAR® and bioMSAR™ trials as a precursor to commercial supply during 2023.

· Americas - Quadrise and its local agents are advancing discussions with candidate sites in Panama and Honduras to trial MSAR® and bioMSAR™ at power plants in H1 2023 as a precursor to potential commercial supply agreements later in the year. Joint discussions are also underway with a large refinery in the Caribbean with an interest in potential MSAR® supply and the Company continues its efforts to progress activities in Mexico.

· bioMSAR™, bioMSAR Zero & RDI -Testing of glycerine-based bioMSAR™ in relation to the MSC project has been successfully completed by Wärtsilä and affiliates at test facilities in Italy. Final test reports are expected before the end of 2022. Aquafuel diesel engine testing on bioMSAR™ and other fuel and biofuel formulations to support the new Quadrise Blend-on-Board solution is also scheduled to be completed before the end of the year.

In September 2022, Quadrise signed a Joint Development Agreement with Vertoro to investigate the use of their crude sugar oils as an alternative biofuel feedstock for bioMSAR™. RDI work continues on our bioMSAR™ Zero solution for 2030 at our QRF laboratories.
