Currently in Thailand back early March. Think I will email the new Chairman when back about what he thinks he's contributed since involved with QFI and how hes moving everything forward. Be my guess and also ask the Chairman a few question it would be good to get some new feedback before im back

Jason has now spoken over the last few year at a number of conferences and it has introduced NO new prospects and not help speed up anything. Actually everything has slow down over the last 2 years.
So what has Jason been doing with all this extra time and his team? I have no idea accept doing these conference presentation which the presenter if invited normally gets paid to present. I wonder if he get a payment , however small never see any income on the annual reports. if he is it should be paid to the company as its done in company time??
However as nothing has really come from recent previous conference presentation I would rather he put all his time sitting outside the offices of the 3 current projects and get them over the line. NO urgency, running out of money, very poor communications with investors. SP at its lowest and hes jetting around the world beefing up his CV without delivering anything to us. How can this still be happening??

To give credit to the BOD they have got one time line correct consistently. When they will run out of our money and when we will have to add additional funds. Later this year is spot-on
Another little issue that beginning to bug me is I never mind the CEO and board being paid well and getting options. I have supported QFI's rewards so far however it is a little worrying thats these levels of pay could carry on for many more years without anything going commercial (subject to funding rounds)

I think you are both correct. The issue here is the QFI BOD are clearly not on the inside track and just keep feeding us unrealistic updates.
Frankly they seem to be at arms length and just feeding us what they are told without qualification

I dont care who posted an update on Utah the facts are this has dragged on and on. The BOD should have a realistic view on Utah and update appropriately. If it possible it could take another 2 years they should qualify it properly in updates and not keep saying next Quarter then next quarter and so on.....

Also when the BOD announce the next funding Jason will also give new shorter timelines with such confidence that everything just about to happen........

Maybe worth re-reading the resent Business update just hope Jason for once is correct with his prediction:-

Days, weeks,months and years....Reading B....S..... that is posted here on what the charts say is going to happen and whether the SP will move a penny either way..

Its really not rocket science:-
NO news, delays, running out of money, timelines missed etc... I think the SP with go down.
Positive news, good balance sheet, institutional flowing, reliable BOD, commercials going live, good cash flow, strong planning with contingency's, pipeline of new clients I would guess the SP will go up.

BOD please please run this business as if you have no more funding, pull your finger out and get these project over the line. Enough is enough sort the business out. No more funding's saying we need an another x millions to commercials, you have had a couple of these already. Show you value and worth thats why we have supported you over the years.

Hagg1 and Vince. Both interesting posts, as I said my post was just a thought will be interesting watching the next few months unravel. 3 possible scenarios this year
1) SP increasing with commercial moving forward
2) Funding requirement huge dilution
3) Good news starts happening and an offer is made for the company.
Many other thing could happen but in any event I really hope QFI has a fruitful future

If you were on the board of MSC would you be recommending going ahead with the test with the current financial position the company is in. Should the test go-ahead but for whatever reason takes longer than planned to complete,
say it completes the test in Q2 2024 the company will have no money. So if I was on the MSC side I would be insisting the company raise some additional funding before the project starts.

Realy dont understand this cancellation and re-issue. They both have the same expiry date howe ever the option granted n June 2019 for Jason were 5,000,000 and these are 3,551,122 could someone please explain why the difference in numbers ?
