Looks like someone is building a stake here while the price is low.

Last years earnings were 1.63m so expecting 7.1-7.3m for 2020 is a big jump.

Even with this rise it is still cheap considering it was over 1200 a couple of years ago.

Been thinking of selling but I think it still has legs to go further. This pull back from recent highs looks to be just consolidation. The volume has been low for a while now indicating consolidation. Lets face it, the sp has pulled back just 5% so imo nothing to worry about.

I wondered that. Was it wood they lost, when did it happen? They have been very vague. Still after several years they are loss making and still saying they are on the verge of becoming profitable. Well £2m lost won't help even if it is insured.

Quite simply covid is keeping the price down until results at end of May.

Probably both, lying and something up his sleeve. But I wouldn't count anything up his sleeve as good for investors.
Lets face it, pf knows how to work the market to keep getting funding yoy and keep paying for his life style. By the time pi's work this out and sell another set of innocent pi's buy in. As for II's buying, well its not their money. Then we have the brokers who make their money from recommending dodgy companies.

...when pf announces a fund raise.

Having sold out last week at just over my target of 115p I have bought back in at 93p.
Next target I have is 135-145p.
I feel the fund raise will certainly benefit the company. The £2m raise for shareholders is a bit lame imo and was probably just added to the fund raise to make it seem fair.
Apart from the added profit these acquisitions bring, they bring additional consumers to cross sell their existing products and vice versa.
The forecast revenues and profits were already on the up and these companies will hopefully boost the EPS.
All in all I think the share price will rise further upon any of the acquisitions made.
I particularly like they have announced a progressive dividend. This should then allow other MMs to qualify in buying and selling of the shares which should also provide a boost to the share price.
The sells by the bod is neither here nor there. Probably one of the conditions by the Institute buying the fund raise to create a little more liquidity.

All we know is it is it needs the correct formula to work with which only Dentyl seems to have.

I can still sell my holding of over 15k shares which is way above the EMS of 3k which is a good indicator that the shares are still very much in demand.

Even though the share has tripled in price in the last few months the PE is just 17 qith PEG under 1 at 0.8.
It has a 12 month forecast EPS of 28.2%.
The company is profit making and has a positive cash flow.
The share price has also just broken above the previous highs and the resistance.

Lets just hope VLG have been stocking up on Dentyl as I'd imagine it will sell out of the shops as people see the news.

I would not expect a take out before the end of March 2021 or they would be buying at a higher price. Besides, the bod have large holdings here at much higher prices and would not want to sell I imagine. Still worth toping up at these levels though.

Well I can sell my whole holding of £15k. I hazard to guess it is pretty hard to buy. Looking at the trades, I'd say they are very short of shares. Lots of single digit trades going through.

Broken the previous highs and now testing the resistance levels. Looking very positive to go higher and set a new trading range.

The drop coincides with the vaccine news. Maybe investors have concluded that sanitiser sales will drop. Tbh though, I believe the profit from sanitiser is pretty low. As you mentioned, it is pretty good without the sanitiser.
The share price has had a good run and there obviously has been profit taking. Currently the share price has dropped to a support level where it quickly bounced off. Sadly I hesitated and missed the bottom. Whether it drops further or climbs from here I am uncertain, but I did add nearly £5k a few minutes ago, which was my original stake I sold above £1.

Disappointing update for sure, but not really unexpected with covid.
Revenues to drop by £0.32m leaves STM target revenues at approx. £27.8m which is still an increase on 2019 from £23.3.
Profit I expect will be in the range of £1.5-£1.8m.
Next years targets will be affected too, so while we see targets reduced there is still an increase and the company is still making profits, cash in the bank and no debt.
STM has a NAV of 59p and a negative enterprise value at this price.
If another company was on the look out to buy a smaller business like STM, this would be the time to do it.
