I have read and listened to all that have been published but truthfully nobody has really asked any probing questions on funding and the exact structure that is being looked at. He has been very vague except to say he is looking to maximise shareholder value. I found both Zak and Sunday Lunch interviews rather lacking personally. Would be good for either to do a deep dive on the topic in the next set of interviews imho.

With Nicola getting warrants at 5p, surely they will not accept anything lower than that. I am keeping everything crossed and hopeful for good news in the coming weeks.

Whilst I'm wildly optimistic about this company the recent SATS fundraising has made me a bit twitchy. They've secured quite a bit of funding with some horrible terms for retail holders essentially diluting them to oblivion. I am hoping the team here cares a bit more about retail here....

They are walking a tight rope. I guess if things go wrong they can always go down the SATS route and dilute shareholders by issuing 19 billion shares lol!

I agree, I think he is going for the go big or go home approach. His target is 100m but if there is huge demand it may be much larger than that.

Now what are the odds? I think judging by evidence of management they are confident.

Nick holds 4 percent of the business. Nicola has taken warrants at 5p even though she knew there are many warrants due at 0.08p in a years time. Art Laffer is the unicorn appointment that didn't just go for a salary. Let's face it He probably can get much higher fees at a bigger corporation. He wouldn't have taken on this post if he didn't think there was a possibility of something good happening here.

Let's see how well Nick and his team can execute in the next 6 months. If he doesn't do his job then the share price will likely crash because of the upcoming warrants lock-in expiry in a years time. If he executes to perfection this will be magnitudes bigger than SWC. Think a couple of billion in market cap. A lot hinges on the upcoming news flow.

Nick has already had many meetings with people interested in putting money in. I think the speed of execution will be faster than you think. Especially now bitcoin is going on a rally again. Fiat sitting in their deposit account is just losing value daily.

Firstly I agree that posting on here doesn't change the share price. I do this to clear my thinking on stocks I've invested in, to get feedback and fill in gaps.

Secondly why the fk are you posting so much if you don't think it will influence the share price? Because you're bored??

Let's put it this way. It's not going to be as bad as the rest of the con jobs on the market currently. SATS announced today they are issuing 19 BILLION new shares. Yeah. You've read that right 😂

You've either sold out too early and trying to get back in cheaper or you are just the biggest party pooper.

You don't hire Art Laffer, Nicola with decades of experience in the city and not expect some fireworks. The macros have lined up perfectly too with news ME and US pension funds both looking to add BTC.

Coupled with a CEO that worked in treasury for decades focused on maximising share holder value instead of weekly dilutions. This is the opportunity of a lifetime.
