Also to add the BTC treasury business is changing massively.When tinpots like swc started the institutions were not investing in this sector but now Trump is at the helm that massively boosted credibility of Btc and crypto assets so we see a massive wave of demand coming in from institutions such as banks, pension funds etc. Hamak will not be the only one seeing this opportunity. Keep an eye out for others that will try and capture this. Invest in ones that can successfully get institutional investors on board because they will be bringing billions and hopefully a decent return for yourself.

Cons:

This is a very small speculative start up. Why would institutions fund it? Pension funds will not be very comfortable and the odds are low. This is why they are bringing in Art Laffer. To boost credibility. It's still not a certainty that anyone would take the risk. Especially if BTC going into a bear Market.

No stacking of Btc here. So you are not going to get the weekly accretive effects of Btc appreciation like the other companies.

No revenue unless they get funding. You are essentially paying the fees of the chairman, advisors and if they do not deliver on attracting capital then further dilution of shares to pay for wages will likely happen in the future.

Pros:

-Do not need to raise money weekly to buy BTC. The business isn't going to collapse overnight because they are not diluting and stacking.

-less affected by daily price drops of Btc. They do not need to raise capital weekly so if BTC drops it will not adversely affect the business or its ability to raise capital.

Institutional money is more sticky. Once they've done their due diligence they are unlikely to chop and change massively on a weekly basis so should provide more stable returns for shareholders

Institutions invest in billions so once confirmed Nick will have funds to buy large quantities in one go without further diluting shareholders.

Nick is a seasoned treasury professional so he will be able to talk to these pension funds to understand their needs and his job is to keep them happy to get investment and not stacking BTC weekly using retail money.

Waking up to a hundred posts by twohits fuding at 1am is hilarious. He is clearly a paid troll by one of the bitcoin treasury companies in the UK bricking it. Let me explain what I think is really going on.

Nick is not trying to build a pure BTC treasury play like the rest of the tinpots in UK like swc, coinsilium etc. He is trying to attract pension fund money to invest so he has to appease institutional investors. Institutional investors do not care about returns. They care about risk management. They will not accept one BTC asset only model because that's is just pure hopium and not prudent.

Nick needs to be much clearer in his future Comms on what his intentions are to differentiate himself from the rest of the crowd. There are pros and cons to this business model which I will list below. You can add to discussion as see fit.

The funny thing is the company doesn't give a damn if you or any retail shareholders find value in it or not. They are after insti money. If pension funds find value here they will invest. That will be the sole driver of share price.

If you are newbie definitely do not invest here. It's a high risk high reward play. You might ten bag your investment or lose it all.

I think people are still confused about what is happening with this company. They are targeting pension funds to park their cash for BTC, gold and other digital assets. Pension funds prioritize risk management over return this is why Nick mentioned diversification.

This is a complete different business model to swc, microstrategy where the management has to solely focus on diluting and then stacking BTC to maximise their returns.

HAMA is playing defence first rather than reaching for maximum returns. BECAUSE THEY DO NOT NEED YOUR CASH. They need to appeal to the demands of institutional investors and not retail!

It's made Nick realise he needs to more clear and careful with his words and Comms. The idea is much more solid than Saylors 'dilute your shareholding weekly model' and shareholders here will reap massive benefits when pension funds decide to park their billion dollar here.

People should look into Saylor and his method widely used to accumulate bitcoin in the community. It's basically a giant Ponzi Scheme where you need to keep raising cash via diluting shares or debt otherwise the music stops. If you actually want to make money as a shareholder Hama is where it is at. Institutions such as pension funds once invested will not want management to constantly dilute their holdings!

Imagine a community where news of pension fund money, legit, MASSIVE, non-dilutive money is coming to invest and you sell to buy a two bit company listed on a tin pot Aquis exchange that dilutes your shareholdings weekly because the pension fund says they cannot just buy bitcoin LOL. As I said before Nick is trying to attract pension funds to invest. He can't be like 'yeah, we are just buying BTC because its going to the moon, bro.' The pension funds look at risk management first before ROI so they are probably not happy with just bitcoin in a portfolio just because it will go up the fastest on paper.

I get where he is coming from. If a pension fund is to invest their first priority isn't ROI but risk management. It is a different mindset to traders and investors of BTC.
