Gingy as always you are mistaking share price movement to how the business is doing. We are progressing at good pace. Management seems thin on communication but efficient so it is good enough for me. I think the terms will be favourable to shareholders because the EU/UK government has incentive to get this mine up and running. Diluting existing shareholders to high heaven isn't going to do them any favours. Just come back in December and see what happens

Yes but what is the value of this mine when fully functional? I view this as having ev of around 200m currently if you include all the debt. Once up and running it's got to be worth around 400m or I'm I being too optimistic? It's one of the largest tungsten mines in the world!

Delisting?

As I mentioned yesterday the destruction of the other BTC treasury companies is happening around us thick and fast. SATS down another 22 percent today. The value destruction there has only just begun 😆

Best case we get to many multiples. If massive dilution to pay off our debts maybe a double from current prices? Still worth a punt here. Just need patience

I see aot of people have high expectations here and quite rightly so. We just need to be mindful that the idea still has execution risks and we should expect bumps on the road to glory. Just remember to keep hold of your shares through the price volatility and you should be rewarded in a years time.

Look, the idea is solid and I'm sure more and more people will start leveraging BTC on their balance sheets to get financing.

The major issue currently is most of these treasury outfits do not produce meaningful cashflow as a business but need to continue to accumulate BTC to keep the show going to pay their debts. Why would people take up further equity raises going forward? They are taking on all the risk without a guarantee of reward. Everyone will want BTC as a bond. That essentially dilutes the BTC holdings in the treasury which is opposite to what a treasury should be....

Most of the treasury companies are useless empty vessels being leveraged up and pumped and dumped like crazy. Look at the share price performance of SATS, BTC, COIN. Seems like the more BTC they buy the worse their share performs lol. I have a feeling SWC is next on the list here unfortunately....

I am almost certain they will not do this here. Nick says he is focused on shareholder value and he has worked in finance for decades so should know what he is talking about unless he is straight up lying.

There are few scenarios where I think a fund raise could work out very well but that's not until we reach a certain size imho. Nick I am sure will discuss in detail when the time comes. The first step is to get to that first 100m.

Raising debt financing without underlying cashflow in their businesses is just insanity. Cash flow is king. SWC are loaning out their BTC for cash up front to buy more BTC. This is assuming BTC keeps going up. Feels like the housing bubble of 08 before everything goes 'POP!'. We are definitely going to be able pick up some bargains in the future as long as we are prudent with our cash once it comes in.
