I would imagine there will be no appetite for the equity. You are taking on all the risks but not guaranteed anything unlike the bond holders

As far as I can the share price of BTC treasury is not correlated to BTC price. They go through periods of mNAV expansion and contraction independent of BTC is doing. That's why I wanted to ask what determines mNAV contractions and expansions because it doesn't make sense to me.

No chance we are copying Mstr or swc. Nick has spent the last weeks speaking to investors instead of rinsing retail shareholders and stacking BTC. It's pretty obvious. These investors are going to bring hundreds of millions to invest that's just the start.

With such a low free float, once the market wakes up I reckon we could trade at a huge premium to mNAV as the market FOMO into the trade.

Can bag holders of swc explain what determines mNAV compression or expansion? I think it could be a good business but don't understand why you accumulate BTC whilst your share price doesn't go up. What are you trying to achieve by investing here? If your share price doesn't go up how does it benefit you?
