I'm not too concerned about the Swedes. I reckon they're in.
More concerned about possible lethargy on our side.
Personally I can't see it dropping below 3p on a dilution of 27%.

Awards would have expired in August 2022 for Diamond Dik. No details but presume terms allowed them to keep them after leaving the company.

Dactions. Seems they were issued in June 2017 in lieu of cash bonuses at 41.5p per share, under the annual bonus plan for the previous year. They were issued to Andrew Diamond. Foo got a similar amount and Dik got c422,000.
The only saving grace is the issue price of 41.5p. Just imagine if they were getting that now at the current SP. That would be another 8 million shares.

I would rather a divvy sooner rather than later but only if by paying a divvy, it would not put JLP at risk of having to dilute more to take on new projects.
With the profits we are making that should be possible within 12 months, I hope.

68 is correct in that they are historic nil cost share options. Begging bowling no longer needed by whoever's got the options. Not showing in the last full set of accounts

He's still working out his notice whereas Foo is an ex employee. Would've thought share options would lapse on leaving the company
