Always de-risk, always protect your capital. I mean how long did it take you to save up, compared to how long it takes the market to take it from you?

I hope some of you listened to me when this was at 1.775 on 10th November and de-risked! (see whole thread)

More of an excellent prospect than a discovery. Massive potential for a multi-bagger if FID on Sea Lion gives go ahead. Currently dirt cheap at approx 2p. And the Falklands basin is not it only prospect. Thanks for asking Mirasol.

Argos Resources' main discovery was its North Falkland Basin license (PL001), which it sold to JHI Associates in 2023. While it did not make a final oil discovery, its 2D seismic data identified seven oil prospects with potential for up to 1.75 billion barrels, a figure that was later updated to 3.1 billion barrels. The company has since been wound up, with the proceeds from the sale of the license used to settle its affairs.

Lion discovery, WTE have a discovery adjacent to SeaLion.

A great synopsis on the Sea Lion Falklands discovery. We have an effective 6.24% economic interest in these prospects and the PL001 licence. Tyche and Dinlas, have been high-graded within the same stratigraphic interval as the Sea Lion discovery - each containing a potential 400 MMbbls recoverable.

During 2025 Guyana reached the 10-year anniversary of the drilling of the Liza-1 well its first offshore oil discovery. In that time Guyana has been transformed from a frontier deepwater exploration opportunity into the industry's largest new oil province - Westmount holds an indirect interest in the Canje Block as a result of its circa 6.2% interest (see Table 1) in the issued share capital of JHI Associates Inc. ("JHI"), as of 30 June 2025. The company also holds an additional indirect interest in the Canje Block as a result of its shareholding in Eco (Atlantic) Oil and Gas Ltd. ("EOG") and following the investments in JHI Associates Inc. ("JHI") announced by EOG on 28 June 2021 and 19 January 2022.

There is so much more info and a lot going on, WTE have many strings to their bow.

I've sold just enough to recover all my investment costs. if you look up the phrase de-risking, you will understand how the market works and how not to lose all your money due to greed and listening to pro-rampers like you. lol

best advice is not to listen to anyone who is a blatent professional ramper and advises you to buy. lol
