2. If they fall below 30p between now and the share entitelment day, buy.
3. On the entitelment day use up your entitelelment if SP above 30p

For this stock even if it drops below 30p for a while, which I still don't think it will. You will see them increase their stake to cd. Think for them to be buying at 30p or below is a win win situation.

Can see this heading quickly way below the RI price, but can see it recovering just as quickly to the RI price. In plain English, this could drop to 20p gefore hitting 40p.

That may now become "the name of the game." Having said that in many cases if a stock falls below the RI price, it tends to shoot above it a lot quicker than if it had hot hit that low.

Gerry. Only 1 scenario that is the RI will go through and it will shore up the company. Linked to that scenario, is the SP may fall a lot below the issue price, but will recover with the wider market.

Theoretically if the SP hits 31p you are still ok taking your allocation at 30p. Naturally we don't want to see sub 30p after that, as it then renders the whole process worthless.
If the SP hovers around 35p, it is not ideal as we can so easily then see the whole market fall over the summer, if or rather when the DOW corrects.
