I don't know how this has happened if anyone can enlighten me but but my 24k buy order has been chucked back at me and I've somehow got 86250@0.3675 how on earth can that happen

Based on the current cash resources of the Group, and expected revenue, the Directors believe that the Group has sufficient financial resources to fund the business through to mid-2022. In the event that either the Fundraising does not proceed, the Directors would have a limited timeframe in which to take any remedial actions and take measures to raise further funds. Just placed buy order for 24k at 27.5 mcap 2.6 placing money (if it happens I certainly hope not) after expenses 2.6 if I take option pring my average down to around 0.30 about the same as the company's free cash flow after placing let's see if it gets filled

However, the Directors now believe that this contract will now be signed in 2022, which will result in revenue for 2021 being lower than Director's expectations

If other major shareholders vote against this

Shareholders should note that, unless the Resolutions are passed at the General Meeting, the Placing, Subscription and Open Offer cannot be implemented. In such circumstances, the Group will not receive the proceeds of either the Placing, Subscription or the Open Offer. If this were to happen, the Directors would have to immediately re-evaluate the strategy and outlook of the Group.

After reading the rns a few more times I really think it was a childish throwing the toys out of the pram for not getting what MW wants after approaching major shareholders and ii's hopefully he will take the knock back hint very quickly and walk away

I think Trumpton sent messages to them I would like to send an email to them to respectably ask them to regularly read their shareholders suggestions on this BB and give instructions on how to filter the jolly uninvested and I will update that filter list to them on a weekly basis based on our suggestions so they can only read views actual shareholders let me know

They'd send out a 7am rns Monday morning stating that they would all be taking salary as equity at the last placing price (that was what the company was valued at even before the new paying clients this year) until a decent financing plan is put in place
And this is going to be the 100% focus of the team all team members have until the 31 December to decide if they can continue to work for Deepmatter on this equity only basis if not they are free to leave with immediate effect and no further salary or compensation
