WITHOUT PREJUDICE SAVE AS TO COSTS
Dear fellow shareholders will soon be very small shareholders if we do not take action.
Due to the shocking 84% discount placing RNS from DeepMatter on 24/12/2021 I have had to take extra due diligence research on Mark Warne, During this the following has come to light.
At no point has DeepMatter disclosed in a RNS that Mark Warne is a Director and Shareholder of Ixico plc this is required under schedule 2(g) of the AIM rules for companies
Not only is he the above he was also part of the concert party In the sale of Optimal Medicine to Ixico plc please see excerpt from Ixico plc RNS 18 November 2015
"The Invesco Funds, Imperial Innovations and IP2IPO all intend to participate in the Placing. Since funds managed by IAML on a discretionary basis are interested in 41.81 per cent. of Imperial Innovations' equity share capital and 25.37 per cent. of IPG's share capital, Imperial Innovations and IPG are, by operation of the presumption contained in the City Code, presumed to be acting in concert with IAML and the Invesco Funds. Due to the relationship between IPG, IP2IPO, NETF, Theragenetics and Mark Warne, these persons are also deemed to be members of the Concert Party. The Concert Party therefore comprises IAML, Imperial Innovations, IPG and IP2IPO, NETF, Theragenetics and Mark Warne"
Please read the excerpt from the appointment of Mark Warne as CEO from DeepMatter RNS 11th June 2018.
"Mark Warne is widely recognised in the UK and International life sciences sector, having joined IP Group Plc, a leading intellectual property commercialisation company, in 2008 where he led the Healthcare team. He managed a portfolio of £330m of net assets in 2016/2017 and represents IP Group on the boards of both listed and private companies. In 2018, concurrent with the integration of Touchstone Innovations into IP Group, Mark became a Partner in the Life Sciences division. He joined IP Group from pre-clinical drug discovery CRO, Exelgen, where he was Managing Director. Mark spent eight years at Exelgen (formerly Tripos Discovery Research) where he also held positions in licensing and strategic affairs, project management and research. He has a PhD in Computational Chemistry, an MSc in Colloid Science and a BSc in Chemistry, all from the University of Bristol. Mark is a Chartered Chemist and member of the Royal Society of Chemistry. Mark will be leaving IP Group on 29 June 2018, but will continue as IP Group's appointed non-executive director on the boards of Genomics plc and hVIVO plc".
I have cc'd the FCA whistle-blower email address on this issue and suggest as Major Shareholders we ask him to resign immediately especially after threatening Shareholders with liquidation in the recent Circular regarding the placing.
Finally can the private investors suggest that if the company is in serious financial distress it immediately explores an invoice finance facility or UK gov export trade credit for foreign c
