Can't see IP group accepting this 20%+ down to 7ish % and giving the company around £700,000 for the pleasure Chesh

I've looked at the leadership team on the website many times and never seen Mirko mentioned, however just been on companies house and seen he is a director however it still states in the rns that springer is the "participant" in the subscription rather than springer is one of the "participants" so I'm still going with the springer dodgy backdoor takeover here theory.
I'll definitely be voting no and have bought a few more chunks today that will wipe out my profit for this year if it ends up below 0.1

Please advise immediately regarding open offer details and shareholder vote forms on Deepmatter ticker dmtr
I would like to consider my options on the open offer to existing shareholder which I am and to possibly vote NO to the subscription which has been stated in a rns from dmtr that it IS subject to shareholder approval

Hi retired I've read the rns a few times it mentions springer only and specifically plus NEW professional investors (making out existing aren't professional disgusting rub nose in it terminology) it also quotes a employee of springer Mirko Walter
I believe this paragraph in the rns makes it clear IMO that springer is the only existing shareholder taking part in the subscription as is states clearly in the last sentence of the paragraph below
"No Director is participating in the Placing of Subscription. However those Directors who are shareholders intend to make an application for Open Offer Shares as part of the Open Offer. Mirko Walter is an employee of Springer-Verlag GmbH and a Director. Springer-Verlag GmbH is an existing shareholder and is the participant in the Subscription."

I respectfully suggest that you speak to Mark Warne and the executive team at DeepMatter as a matter of urgency about the placing announced quoting yourself.

Please would you ask DeepMatter to reconsider the planned placing as I believe it won't be allowed to proceed by existing shareholders. However an open offer to all shareholders at a higher price would achieve the 2.5 million gbp required by DeepMatter to execute their strategy.

I don't think Glasgow University will put up with this despicable treatment either or they'll look stupid going from 5%down to less than 1%when a similar percentage holder springer goes from 7%to over 60%with a cash injection of less than what GU shareholding was worth at the last placing

I really can't believe that ip group plc 22% shareholders in dmtr (ipo 1.2 bill mcap) will be supporting this placing they pride themselves on investing in the best ideas in the market and would look like amateurs if a 7% shareholder took them down to 4%and springer from 7% to over 60% on a measly 2 million investment I'm sure they, Dr Cronin and the other large shareholders on dmtr's list will be voting wit us against this underhand hide it over Xmas last record day today placing plot

I watched a similar thing happen at hurricane energy earlier the bondholders rather than springer gmbh tried to steal the company for nothing but the shareholders voted it down and the SP tripled we really should vote no

Retiredbanker I've read the rns a few times and the only exsisting insider behind this placing is Springer who sold infochem to us in late 2018 for 3+million they currently hold 7% please correct me if I'm wrong

They are trying to get away with daylight robbery

that infochem lot are trying to take 60% for less than the price we paid them for our acquisition of infochem back in 2018 more cheeky b******s

Hi Mannnan and Fredstash could one of you please explain how whoever are selling 0.10 shares 3 times higher when shareholders haven't even approved the placing
I understand about forward selling but surely this is not possible until a certain percentage of shareholders approve and being as only springer gmbh (7ish %) are in the unapproved placing I can't see how this could happen
