Indeed I am hopeful that some of the larger holders (including the recent placees) will take advantage of the current SP good value and reinvest their 0.04p per share dividend monies which are due to be paid out tomorrow. Let’s see if we get a related increase in the volume next week and consequent uptick in the SP….

This is lovely news to add some gravy on to the top of the recent positive trading update.

There was a smaller white diamond that sold for just over 12 MUSD back in early March 2021.

This latest find is 15% bigger and described as exceptional quality. So along with the recent uptick in diamond demand & prices I would envisage PDL getting a price in the range of 15 - 20 MUSD.

Looks to me like this could have reached a floor in the 1.3s and so I have taken a tranche today.

The SP seems to have suffered mainly due to the crypto drop in the past few months. Now sits 20% lower than the recent “well timed” placing where shrewd Chris Akers came on board.

Whilst the likes of ARB, KR1 etc have seen their SPs start to recover with the commencement of the turnaround in crypto prices in the past week, this change in sentiment has not yet spread over to either Pires or Riverfort in relation to their Pluto investment.

I can envisage Pluto are watching this shift in crypto sentiment closely to see if it has legs for when to best arrange the timing of their delayed IPO…..The IPO could come pretty soon if BTC gets back above 50,000 $ in the coming weeks. When this news lands then can expect RGO to quickly re-rate.

Furthermore the Riverfort recent investment into cyber security seems to have been very well timed with almost daily press stories of hacking. I have been watching the Darktrace SP really motor up in the past few months so there is clearly increasing value for being in this market sector.

It’s been good to see how Musk has been pretty much behaving himself regarding his Bitcoin publicity in the past 6 weeks since the Anonymous video warning was issued. They must really have some s**t on him….LOL.

Have been browsing through the crypto media articles this weekend on Yahoo finance and it’s quite noticeable how the majority of them are talking positively. This is noteworthy in comparison to the past few months where most crypto articles have been negative (FUD).

One article in particular included the following statement that caught my eye :

“It’s entirely possible the only thing riskier than owning crypto, is not owning crypto. Meaning that 50 years from now, your grandchildren might shake their heads in disgust for you not buying Bitcoin today at 32,000 $”

No mention of the test type in the article that I can see……it wouldn’t seem practical time wise for PCR test on a daily basis. LFT is the obvious solution for this daily plan.

This news article just issued on BBC website for daily testing (I would assume for time turnaround reasons it would need to be via using LFT). The powers that be are clearly now recognising that the track and trace solution is crazy like a pyramid scheme and would quickly grind the whole country to a standstill…..IMO this daily testing plan will expand quickly in coming weeks to a multitude of other key worker trades..

The world was a different place a year ago when the Anglo EA was signed. The pandemic was still early doors and causing an uncertain future with depressed prices for commodities and a dry up of financial lending liquidity. Probably ARCM BOD saw it as a good defensive move to enter into the EA with this situation being faced. It was the ideal time for Anglo to bag a bargain here if they had acted quickly within a few months.

They did not………

Fast forward one year and the pandemic is now mainly in the rear view mirror. The lockdowns have brought the benefits of seeing reduced hydrocarbon related pollution come to the forefront for people around the world and there is now an accelerated move towards green clean energy adoption. Add to this the governments spending stimulus towards infrastructure development and you have the demand side recipe for long term commodities bull run. We can see this run starting already with the price of copper today being approx 60% higher than at the time the EA was signed and the predictions are for far higher prices in coming years based on future supply demand forecasts.

In today’s world with the lapse of the EA the ARCM BOD now having a free hand to deal with all interested parties which puts them in a much stronger position IMO to get the best outcome for shareholders.

The only proviso is that it requires some further patience from shareholders. I was taught as a kid that this was a virtue for the best outcomes in life…..happy to sit on my hands and wait here.

The Canadians on TSX have not even had a chance to buy in today yet…..so roll on 2.30pm for another likely SP surge.

Rather than being related to the 4th July related public holiday in USA, I would expect the small delay to the June monthly figures is due to PW being Canada based where Thursday 1st July was the Canada Day public holiday + most people there would likely have also taken the Friday off to make it a long weekend.

No worries as those miners keep on running 24/7 and we can expect the RNS tomorrow.

The BOD will want to get the 15th July AGM out of the way before offering up any significant news that would promote for the SP climb above the value upon which their proposed fee options were calculated per the 23rd June RNS…They wouldn’t want to have any risk of these options being voted down.

IMO positive news flow will kick in shortly following the AGM.

Fuse7 the website shows holdings as at 1st June 2021 and so it won’t capture this TR-1 info as they were only notified by the holder yesterday.

The TR-1 states that the threshold was achieved on 12th May 2021. So it’s taken the holder 6+ weeks to notify on 1st July 2021 (normally takes just a few days).

The positive I take from this news is that it is very unlikely that this holder would have offloaded any more shares during that subsequent 6+ week period, as they would surely have notified as part of their 1st July filing.

Therefore IMO this II has simply taken some profit off the table when the SP went up rapidly to 2p+ and is likely keeping their balance holding to let this investment opportunity play out.

Now that the market knows this situation from this RNS today we should see buyers jumping back in to this undervalued stock next week and a consequential rise in the SP. I for one will be topping up whilst it’s still sub 1.5p (which likely won’t be for long)….

DMG blockchain issued in Canada today the attached positive news release regarding Terra Pool joining the crypto-climate accord…….An equivalent RNS from Argo can be expected at 7am tomorrow.

IMO the Terra Pool set-up has yet to be properly understood for its future significant positive impact and appropriately factored into Argo’s market value. Let us continue to watch this under the radar Terra Pool facility in the coming months as it gains increasing traction….

Management wouldn’t commit to an investor presentation without having a pretty good expectation via the visual inspections of the drilled samples that the lab assay results will be positive news…..just a little patience needed here.
