"The Company has a further option to raise up to an additional £26 million, on the same terms, for a potential total commitment of £52 million, provided issuance of the initial £26 million has occurred within the first two years. As outlined below, the Company is also considering other sources of funding;"
From the financing agreement with Bracknor. Using your calculations this would almost be enough to get them to 2020, yes the shares would be hugely diluted by that point but they could have a working machine in Harley street, Thales producing and probably sales by that point. If someone feels the company will make it to that point and invested on a regular basis to take advantage of pound cost averaging then why couldn't they come out on top? 1 years time this company could be worth £1billion , £10billion or £zero. Do your own research and make your own decisions which ever way that may be.
