Thanks MB10 for the reminder. I am not sure if Jason Lee had an option to invest or was it mandatory? I asked Sarah a few times if we have had the investment from him but no response. Is it possible to confirm somehow? Shouldn’t we see change in holding or something or did I miss it?
We get one trade and 50 messages per day here. If DC wants to deliver anything, deliver on that Broker Note which has been promised 100 times already. I heard beginning of March somewhere and more than half of the March is gone. DO NOT OVERPROMISE AND UNDER DELIVER DC.
De-risking the business by using fixed fee licensing model might turn out to be a good bet in next couple of years while we go through the recession. I am expecting 1-2million$ of net profit if not more this year.
No matter how much people ramp or de-ramp, the truth is that the share price has been in doldrums for a long time now if you ignore the momentary spike to 10-12p. Even if the Broker Notes expects the Mcap to be 20m or 50m as a book value or projected value, the trolls would still troll saying the broker is not trustworthy or something. I am not sure if Broker note would nudge the SP too much, if it does well and good but we need to see the profit return to LVCG , the bottom line.
DC says the broker note is ready and he has read the final draft and expect the SP to go much higher in coming months. https://www.proactiveinvestors.co.uk/companies/news/1007628/live-company-firing-on-all-cylinders-staging-world-class-events-and-festivals-1007628.html
There must be big sales which are working in the background otherwise the price wouldn't fall. Either Miton is selling more or its RF. Whoever it is I am sure it's not selling for a lot of profit.

New CFO
The Company is also pleased to announce that it has hired a new Chief Financial Officer John Miller who has joined the company as of 2 November 2022. This will initially be a part-time, non-board seat, moving to a full time role in January 2023. The intention is that, subject to all necessary due diligence being completed, he will join the board in 2023.
I think it never turned into a full time role for whatever reason.
I thought he had come on temp basis and would have been permanent if it worked out for both the parties. It didn’t. Lets see how the market reacts, would be a good time to get some more shares imo. He will still be there on temp basis. The Riverfort Deal was really bad if he did it, not a good look on his resume. DC just cant have anyone else steer the ship.
I am not sure if DC knew about all these deals would pay cash in advance or in Feb or March as nothing was probably finalised when the Riverfort finance was arranged. He probably had Riverfort as backup in case nothing works out. The deals took too long to get through and Riverfort probably kicked in (as you would expect these loan sharks to arrange documentations as quickly as possible). All in all, he should have had some faith and delayed this finance a bit then SP would have been atleast 5 by now.
There would be some who got shares at 1.85p so they are almost 100% up in less than a week's time. That's amazing, I haven't bought anything in a while as I don't have liquidity unfortunately but I will start buying soon. I am still sticking with this share for next couple of years. I have a long term target of 50m market cap as minimum.
