Hi Jimmy, I heard the nomad wanted to see money being raised from outside the company too, other than the directors and employees and don't think anybody would have done it for price higher than 1p. That was the reason given to me for money being raised like this.
Why the bickering again? People read the same thing different way that's how the stock market works. If you are not happy sell and move on, if you are happy to hold then hold and if you are waiting to sell at appropriate time do that. I am going to stick around for a bit longer and see how it goes. But not blaming anyone here, the only person to be blamed is DC.
Not sure what people were expecting here but I acknowledge my mistake with this investment. Anything is better than delisting and if the company survives we may be able to do something. The good news for me is DC hasn't thrown in towel yet and he is still doing something. Whether it's for his own good doesn't matter as long as we survive. We live to fight another day.
I have heard big things about the investor if the deal is struck. It could give a parabolic jump to LVCG shares. I know things haven't been great lately but putting 2.2m at 3p shows commitment. I am happy to stay invested if we are going in the right direction.
Anyone knows what happens when a company gets de-listed for going concern and then it gets the necessary funding? Is there a rule for listing back? I am not able to find anything online. I don't think anything is happening today (its too late already probably), we are still shareholders just not able to sell on AIM. But it can come back at some point in future right?
What DC needs to do is to re-list. A company can't be dependent on external Investor for a rescue. Auditors do number crunching for their livelihood, let them do their job. Re-list and cut all the fat, re-align and restart BL, make it profitable. And let it be all done by a competitive CEO not him. Its as simple as that.
Thanks TSG. I really hoped you and MB10 were inside because I always thought you guys are smarter then the Chairman. If you are not then that leaves only MB10, not sure what he is up to. Saying that I am okay to wait till end of Dec and if we need sh voice then I have a lot of voting rights, Just don't forget to ping me.
Thanks for trying Euston but again even if he promises stars and moons in the email it won't matter unless its in black and white in an RNS. I appreciate your efforts and I am also trying to get answers from LVCG but getting standard answers like we are trying our best to get accounts done ASAP and usual bs.
Any communication is always welcome, even without trading info or when the accounts would be finalised. Stripping from 23 employees to 4, that's a good saving for Bricklive. Paying 150K from Pocket?? (Mostly as a loan which would be due to him I am sure) but still better than nothing. Which division will make money now any ideas? Bricklive? How much bare minimum. Other three looks dead to me or am I being too pessimistic? What happened to Jason Lee's license fee for Start? Did we ever receive? The 4m due ot DC and Ranjit is that part of the 3-4m I doubt but if yes then its not doom and gloom...yet.
Could someone please share the contact detail of the insolvency services/shareholder class action against Director sort of services? I might be flirting around the 10% shares of the company and I should have more rights then just sitting around and twiddling my thumbs. I am not sure If I could join asimple or someone else but collectively we should have more than 10% of the company shares and go for a class action. Enough is enough.
I read it somewhere, All this stress is because of not knowing what's gonna happen but just for a moment think and say to yourself, "What If it all works out in the end?". Might help to calm down nerves for some.
I know there are a lot of question marks over the overall communication and operational efficiencies with the company and some of us think we could do a better job then them running the company. Well, I see this as a big opportunity, if you want 100% efficient company churning out shows after shows and profitable from the word go then might as well stick with those big behemoth. These teething issues and the knowledge that it could be easily fixed gives us this opportunity to buy this share. If you don't think this is fixable then stay away from the share but for once I am more confident then ever. Specially with Madrid and London and now Frankfurt coming under Kpop Lux. All the best LTHs.
I think 40K was rough estimate and you need exact numbers to be put on RNS. I am okay with estimate for now. Hope we can come out of suspension soon and announce London and hopefully South America ;) Being too greedy I guess.
To be fair to dc such deals could sometime take ages just to sign the paperwork even though everything is agreed verbally so sometime investors should cut him some slack but saying that I am not at all fan of his communication skills. This is a good beginning.
The raw bricks are worth double the market cap. Then there is Kpop, lcse and start art. Before hiring a cfo/ceo they should hire a communication officer. MB10, would you like to apply mate? There would be a lot of people here who would vote for you.
