I would expect something this week, odds on the sell side volume was his given he has been a constant seller.

You don't often see markets behaving like this, global index making new highs - Dow over 40k, FTSE nudging 8..5k.

On top of that we have the prospect of falling interest rates, coupled with lower inflation, quite what this will do I have no idea but US interest is still very active.

What are other investors thoughts on this US shopping spree, does anyone have any likely candidates?

The bear case is going to be difficult against this backdrop imo.

Interesting developments last week, top five holders now have over 51% of the equity.

Its absolutely moving in unison with S4, point for point almost.

Talking of volatility lol, at least the pull backs in UK are on lower volume..

China is on the up too, with Hang Seng approaching 20,000 if it can push through we see it join other bull markets around the globe..

I think it more likely to be Michael Hennigan who has holdings in Oberon Investments Group PLC, could become interesting though as Oberon have their own venture capital arm.

The game is afoot, 5 x 7.5m trades being printed, if none are cancelled and my sums are correct that's another 10% + gone through....

Another 2% plus this morning, remains to be seen if they are actual trades and not inter fund transfers or similar, we should have enough for TR1 notifications by now.

5% of the shares traded today, should get a TR1 buy/sell side, my guess would be Griffiths as existing holding close to this figure.

The upside for investors is likely less volatility, driving the price down to unrealistic levels would be difficult as backstopped by FTSE trackers.

Its also worth remembering, AIM is not cheap either especially for overseas companies - HCM will be paying a minimum of £500k p/a, that would be a bare bones quote without PR which HCM have in all three locations.

Another upside could be a higher valuation, this is not guaranteed of course but given small free float likely imo.

That is the downside amones, its very expensive and would add another layer of bureaucracy to their workload.

That said, things are different now with a change of strategy/management, it has to be tempting being so close.

Agreed, Wall St bounced back nicely..

Inflation figure in the US not great, but UK seems to be brushing it off.

It will be the first time in history if FTSE breaks away from dominant US markets, at least to my knowledge.
