If you remember I posted a little bit of nonsense on Merck on Friday as the top Dow holder ontoer of 2018 gains still 33% up for the year and has continued to make new highs. Thought it might be quite a useful signal stock for when things are really turning. Have a look at the last two days/two weeks, failed to make a higher high ???

Blue is a speculative lower resistance with a reduced wave amplitude, originally the top of channel was nr 25,800 but it has got lower so the green one above the blue one is the the first move down and the blue the second. It is very speccy though and relies on the identifying of the various res coming together at the 300 zone again.

Daily, stab in the dark, the dashed blue line is very speculative but there is a lot of resistance to overcome there, falling 12ma, oblique and a major horizontal

I'm looking at that channel the major support at 500 coincided with that gave it that little bounce at the close. I've already reduced the vertical range of it, the wave amplitude if you like. Tomorrow I'm going to look at whether I can reduce it further and come to some sort of bounce number or at least some resistance points to the upside
