In percentage terms the Dow has dropped very nearly the same amount as in the 2015 wobble, perhaps explains why some analysts see here as a buy zone. I tend to think 21000 area and the bottom of the shaded area a more likely destination.

The green rising channel line is support back to 2009, so you could consider it still in an uptrend at that level.

I just watch Apple because it was a market indicator but the last week I've been looking at Merck and United Health on the Dow. They, especially MRK were immune to drops but in the last week they're both threatening, or more, long term support.

Held on the 100ma, but tomorrow the 12 will cross the 50, wee spike up and probably/maybe rejected in which case the 3226 is still a target. The green line that is on the 100 is the longish term resistance from March this year now support.

Don't want to bombard you with charts but the weekly is interesting too, that 25,080 mark is the logical bounce but that is about the best illustration of a double top one will see, especially the poor volume on the way up to the second spike and higher vol on the way down

I did miss out one option conforms to chart2, green B becomes support or something parallel with the blue dotted does. Boy that fence is uncomfortable.
